Placements: GNIOT has an active placement cell that invites many companies yearly. In recent drives, over 300-400 recruiters visited, with around 700+ students placed across programs. The highest salary has gone up to around 70 LPA (international) and domestic packages around 27 LPA, while the average package is around 6-7 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HP, Cognizant, and many more, offering roles in IT, management, finance, and analytics.
Infrastructure: GNIOT has a large, modern campus with AC classrooms, smart boards, labs for all departments, and a big library with thousands of books and e-resources. There are separate hostels for boys and girls, sports grounds, an auditorium, cafeteria, medical facilities, Wi-Fi, and transport services. Overall, good infrastructure for study and campus life.
Faculty: GNIOT has experienced faculty across engineering, management, and computer Science departments, with industry exposure and academic support. The institute regularly issues exam circulars and schedules for class tests, semester exams, admit cards, practicals, and exam form deadlines on its official portals, so students stay updated with timelines and guidelines each session. Really good.

The real truth of Greater Noida Institute of Technology.
Placements: Only 50% percent of students get placed in our college. The highest package is 11 Lacs on-campus and 27 Lacs off-campus in Microsoft. Top recruiting companies are TCS, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Infosys. 75% of students get their internship in the 7th semester. After doing Engineering with AIML, I can get roles like Prompt Engineer, AI Engineer.
Infrastructure: Overall, the hostel is good. Mess food is average as usual, students always complain about the oil issue. The hostel is facilitated with Wi-Fi with good speed. The infrastructure of our college is average, but they are working on it. The library is one of the best things in this college, which has a good collection of books and a large area.
Faculty: The first-year faculty is pretty awesome; they are helpful and caring. But after the first year, the faculty is not good. There are three exams in a semester: two are class tests and one pre-university test, which are of medium-level difficulty. To get yourself passed in these tests, you have to score at least 30% marks.
Other: I chose this course as it has good scope in the future. We are mostly focused on academics in our course, but the college should also focus on other things as well.

A story of GNIOT campus life.
Placements: Many good companies come and give good offers to students. The highest package goes up to 25 LPA. Students get good offers off-campus as well. Companies like ICIC, Infosys, and more also come. Although companies come and give good offers to students.
Infrastructure: The classes are very good. The labs are equipped with the best instruments, which are in good condition and properly working. The libraries are equipped with WiFi. Hostels are equipped with WiFi, and each room has its own WiFi with very good speed. The mess is very good, but not the best.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable, as they provide the best notes and study material. Teachers help in every condition and in exams; they also provide us with the best question papers for practice and take special classes for weak students.

About GNIOT placements and facilities.
Placements: A high number of students are getting placed in campus placements, but packages are average, like 2-3 LPA and 5 LPA; some of them are also getting around 10 LPA; and off-campus, some students are getting around 27 LPA, so placements are quite good overall.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is average, but there has been so much improvement in the last few months: new labs, new libraries, and so much more are being constructed right now. As for classrooms, new classes are good, but old ones are not so good. There are fields, but they are not that big, plus there is an event called Spardha for sports.
Faculty: Right now, faculty are good for first years except teachers, but I can't say about other year teachers, and all teachers are qualified and have a Ph.D. degree. Semester exams in this college will be sent up like boards because this college is affiliated with AKTU.

Looking for better results!
Placements: Our college guarantees placements although only a few (30%) are placed with high packages. The highest-paid package was offered by Amazon was 70 LPA. As for 2024, it is 23 LPA from Microsoft. The average package is around 5-6 LPA. There are various branches based on which your packages might differ accordingly but if you're skilled you will be placed regardless. There are many internship opportunities from second year, therefore, if you try hard enough you might get one.
Infrastructure: Hostel rooms are cleaned and furnished. Offers Wi-Fi availability and a night canteen along with an indoor vending machine. Unfortunately, the hostel mess does not offer us the best food. Not all classrooms have air conditioning, but whiteboards and projectors are a solid 9. The library is quiet, and students respect discipline here. Books from every course are available.
Faculty: Most of the teachers here are qualified. Some are M.Teach and some "claims" to be Ph.D. although I'm not sure about it. Overall the teaching faculty is helpful most of the time. The course is strictly based on the AKTU curriculum which holds a lot of courses and specialisations. Although we are all taught similar subjects in 1st year of our college, it starts to differ from 2nd year. The Electrical and Mechanical departments get more industrial visits than CSE. Semester exams are expected, and sometimes the exams isn't prepared from the previous year's questions, which increases the chances of failing if you prepare 1 day before the exam, that is what people in engineering colleges usually believe to do. And that is what I've also experienced once, thus, I would not recommend studying 1 day or week before the exam and risking your marks. The pass percentage is 30%, that is 21 marks out of 80.
Other: I chose my course for the future opportunities that it provides. I wish that they improve the staffs for registrar so that they could guide the new admissions more easily.
