The BTech Mechanical Engineering syllabus is not the same across all colleges, as every college committee sets a particular coursework pattern at the start of every academic year to be followed for the respective batch. The syllabus includes some core subjects, interesting electives, and lab work that gives detailed knowledge to the students about the workings of the field. 

Yes, candidates who decide to cancel their admission to the GNA University BTech course can receive refunds. However, these refunds are offered in accordance with the UGC norms. 

The UGC norms state that any candidates who cancels their admission to a course after 30 days of the commencement of the course will not be offered any refunds.
