How can I book my slots for SAEEE?

Candidates will have to book SAEEE slots online. The official SAEEE slot booking link will be released on official website of SAEEE. Candidates will have to log in using required credentials to check slot booking facility. After logging in, candidates must select choice of exam date, test city and slots as per preference and availability. The candidates must submit selected slots before final date. Requests for changes of submitted slots will not be accepted.

I failed to book my SAEEE slots. What should I do?

If candidates are unable to book SAEEE slots, the authorities will automatically allot them slots. However, allotment of slots will be random. If candidates wish to be allotted slots as per their preference, they are advised to complete slot booking process as soon as possible. SAEEE 2026: Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology (Deemed University) conducted the SAEEE phase 2 counselling on July 4 and 5. The counselling was held offline at the institute campus. All candidates who have been allotted seats must pay the admission fees to confirm their admission within the dates mentioned in thir seat allotment letter. The phase 1 counselling was held in May as per the schedule.

SAEEE 2026 exam was held in two phases in May and June. Phase 1 was held onMay 2 and 3 while phase 2 exam was held on June 27 and 28. Candidates can check the SAEEE syllabus and exam pattern in this page.

Sathyabama entrance exam had 20 questions each from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics of class 11 and 12. Candidates will be given 1 hour to solve 60 Questions. Each question carries one mark and no negative marks for incorrect answers.

BE / BTech Programmes (OTHER THAN BIOTECHNOLOGY, BIOINFORMATICS AND BIOMEDICAL)

A pass the 10 class or Equivalent Examination with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA.
A pass in the 12/HSC/ICSE or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with an average of 60% marks and above (in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry).'
Candidates opting for these programs should appear for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in the entrance examination.

BTech - BIOTECHNOLOGY, BIOINFORMATICS AND BIOMEDICAL PROGRAMMES

A pass the 10th class or Equivalent Examination with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA
A pass in the 12 /HSC / ICSE or equivalent examination with Biology / Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with an average of 60% marks and above(in Biology / Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry).
Candidates opting for these programs should appear for Mathematics or Biology, Physics and Chemistry in the entrance examination.

BArch PROGRAMME

A pass in the 12 / HSC / ICSE or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with a minimum average of 60% marks (in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry) and a valid NATA score (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) with an average of 80 marks out of 200.

Q: What is the eligibility criteria for SAEEE?

Before SAEEE registrations, candidates must check official eligibility criteria. The list of criteria that candidates will have to meet for admissions through SAEEEE are as follows.

All candidates must be born on or after January 1, 2006. Must have passed qualifying exam with first class/grade either in March/April 2026, or must have appeared for the same in March/April 2026. Candidates must have passed Class 12 qualifying (or equivalent) examination with Mathematics, Physics and any one of subjects (Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship) with minimum of 45% aggregate in three subjects (40% in case of students belongs to reserved category). Candidates must have also passed Class 10 or equivalent examination in March/April or after with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA.
