SAEEE Application Form 2026: Registration (Ongoing), Check How to Apply, Fees & Last Date

Candidates must check the official SAEEE 2026 eligibility criteria before filling the application form. The official SAEEE 2026 eligibility criteria is given below. Candidates not fullfilling the eligibility criteria will not be considered for admission to the institute.

SAEEE aplication form 2026 could be filled only online from the institute official website. Candidates had to register, fill application form, upload documents and pay application fee. Authorities will not accept an invalid and incomplete application form. Before filling application form, the candidates are advised to check the SAEEE 2026 eligibility criteria. • Visit official website - sathyabama.ac.in or saeee2026.sathyabama.ac.in.
• Fill registration form by entering details like name, mobile number and email Id.
• Click on application form link and enter login credentials.
• Fill personal, academic, and contact information.
• Upload documents.
• Pay application fee online.
• Submit completed application form.

Candidates can make changes and make corrections/modify details in Application Form till they submit the application form. Once they have made payment of the application fee and submitted the application form, no corrections can be made. Therefore, before submitting application form, candidates must check if all the details that they have entered on application form are correct. There will not be any application form correction window for SAEEE application form. 

After final submission candidates must downlaod the filled form and take its printout. The form must be kept safe until the completion of admission process.

Candidates can check the application fee below. Candidates can pay the application fee of SAEEE 2026 online (net banking/credit card/debit card) and offline (challan at any one of the Indian Bank branches). If the payment is not done, then the candidates will not allowed to appear for the examination. The paid fee or repeated payment for the same application will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria for admission into a programme before applying for SAEEE 2026
• Based on the Class 12 standard syllabus, SAEEE 2026 will be conducted in Mathematics / Biology, Physics and Chemistry
• SAEEE conducted only in online mode. 
• Permitting a candidate to appear for the SAEEE 2026 or counselling does not entitle the right for admission
• The candidates will be shortlisted for Counselling based on the SAEEE 2026 score.
• Candidates who have been offered Provisional Admission after counselling must submit relevant original documents, such as SSLC Mark Sheet, HSC Mark Sheet, Transfer Certificate, etc., to the institution at the time of admission. If not, the admission will stand cancelled
• After admission, at a later point in time, if any discrepancy or malpractice is noticed in the submitted documents, the candidate’s admission will be cancelled by the Institution
• The admission to BE/ BTech/ BArch programmes is done solely based on the performance in the SAEEE 2026 conducted by Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology.

Candidates must ensure they appear in the entrance test and counselling process as per the scheduled date and time.
