Dissatisfied with faculty, but good placements in 2025 and good infrastructure.
Placements: 70% of students were placed. The highest package was 45 LPA, and the lowest was 3.5 LPA. In my batch, the top companies were Amazon, JP Morgan, TCS, and Capgemini. Mainly IT companies were recruiting in my year. It was the best batch at that time when we were passing out. More students were placed.
Infrastructure: Labs were good with proper Wi-Fi. Classrooms had both digital and blackboards.
Faculty: Faculty was good and very friendly to students. During exams, the rules were very strict. Copying or any malpractice was not allowed. Most students liked the course because the teaching quality was good. I specifically chose CSE.
Other: I specifically chose CSE. Everything was good from my side. There were more events for talented students. The campus environment was very peaceful.

Absolutely satisfied, as it is worth studying here with faculty members. Placements are provided.
Placements: 90% of the total students are introduced to internships across different companies' regular recruitments. The highest package offered as of now is 42 LPA, and the lowest ranges from 3-5 LPA. Internships have been given to many students as of now from companies such as Cognizant, TCS, Accenture, Nokia, Tredence, etc.
Infrastructure: Everything is very well maintained here. The food quality is excellent and is given to everyone here. Classrooms are spacious and cleaned every day. The labs are efficient and easy to use. Every facility, including sports, games, canteen, medical, etc., is provided at the students' ease.
Faculty: Teachers are very well-versed in their subjects. They are knowledgeable and are always willing to solve our problems. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are very helpful as well. Almost everyone can pass their exams if they study properly.
Other: I think that Sathyabama is one of the best colleges in India for placement and engineering. My course is so well-defined and industry-related that it helps me do my work during my internship as well. All the events and the crowd in our college are worth the hype.

A great place to get educated.
Placements: The placement staff are very kind and supportive and they train you to crack MAANG interviews. Most of the students get placed in reputable companies and you can blindly believe that you will be placed. Roles across all domains are offered for CSE students, from SDE roles to Data analysis roles, security roles, etc. You name it and it is there. Overall a great college if you want to learn and get placed.
Infrastructure: The college has a huge variety of infrastructure ranging from AR/VR labs to labs with hardware that can train huge AI/ML models in a jiffy. We get all-round Wi-Fi connectivity offered by the college and the library is huge. The canteen and mess halls are huge offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options and the food quality is excellent. The college has ample number of hostel facilities with both AC and non-AC options. Overall a great infrastructure.
Faculty: All professors here are well-qualified and try to make you understand the concepts deeply and help you build a strong foundation in the course you are pursuing. The curriculum is very relevant and they keep refreshing it to keep up with how fast the industry is growing and they keep upskilling the professors to teach said subjects. Overall a great curriculum which keeps up to industry standards and helps us transition from college to corporate life seamlessly.
Other: The college offers a vibrant campus life with a lot of clubs you can take part in and they conduct a lot of fun events. The cultural fest is conducted on a very big scale and is fun. So you get a good balance of study and entertainment.

The college provides good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: The highest package offered in my course is 25 LPA, and the lowest comes around 4 LPA. Amazon and Oracle are the top recruiting companies. However, a very small percentage of students get internships from my course, maybe around 20%. The campus recruitment process is still going on. The most reputable companies usually come to this college.
Infrastructure: Classrooms, the library, Wi-Fi, and labs are more advanced than at many other colleges. This helps students learn and explore new things easily with advanced features. We can work on innovative ideas. The college provides all facilities required for that.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but the college can hire more knowledgeable staff for advanced courses, which may help students a lot. The curriculum is relevant to the latest trends. We study AI extensively and learn how the technology actually works. The semester exams are usually easy to moderate in difficulty.

A great college experience.
Placements: Many students got placed in companies that were brought by my college. Average package will be 10-12 LPA, the highest was upto 40 LPA. Many of my fellow mates got selected in Oracle, NatWest, JP Morgan, and many others. Most of the roles were ASE associate software engineer roles.
Infrastructure: There are many labs available in my college. Free Wi-Fi is provided, and there will be no interruption in the network. We have a big library, and there are power sockets available to work from library. Classrooms are neat and clean with good ventilation. The facilities available in my hostel and mess are good. Food is great, and the canteen is neat and clean with great food. There are many canteens present around my college.
Faculty: Teachers are great, well-qualified, knowledgeable, and so helpful. The way they teach makes me understand the subject so easily. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. The semesters are perfect to test students' knowledge on the subjects. Students pass with an above 80+% pass percentage.
Other: I want to become a software engineer, and I like coding. So I chose this course. Everything in the course is currently good and nice. There is no need of any betterments. There are many cultural events held in my college. Many extracurricular activities are also organised.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty, campus environment, and really good placements.
Placements: 98 percent of students got placed in my course BE CSE, AI, and ML specialisation. The placement coaching here is very good and supportive of students’ interests and wellness. The highest package was 41 LPA. The average package is 8 LPA. The lowest package was 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college has very good infrastructure, a hostel, classrooms, and a library. Their building is really big, and there is also an auditorium for students and parents, and to conduct cultural events. The main motive of our institution is to provide good education to students. We have AI supercomputing labs, drone labs, and robotics labs. There is also a startup foundation.
Faculty: The pass percentage is 50 percent. The faculty is really supportive and friendly. The faculty here first know about students' understanding, and then take the classes accordingly. The curriculum is extremely easy and understandable. Exams are also very standard.

Good placements, supportive faculty, and excellent infrastructure.
Placements: I am from the 2022-2026 batch of CSE at Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology. The placement opportunities are quite good compared to many private universities. The placement opportunities in our college training are available from the early semester. Around 85-90 percent of students from the CSE department got placed. The highest package offered in our course is around 42 LPA from Amazon.
Infrastructure: Sathyabama Institute provides good infrastructure and facilities for students. Especially for CSE. The classrooms are clean and equipped with projectors and smart teaching facilities that help students understand properly. The campus has high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, supportive, and explain concepts clearly. The CSE curriculum is industry-related to modern subjects like AI, ML, this, and practical learning. Semester exams are moderately difficult. The pass percentage is around 85-90 percent in most semesters.

Satisfied with average placement and with good lab facilities.
Placements: There are many internship opportunities from the 2nd year for students with 8 or 8.5 CGPA. The top recruiters are Amazon, OFSS, Oracle, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Wipro, etc. Mostly the placement is more concentrated on software-oriented work roles. Overall the placement percentage is around 90-93 per cent. There are a few start-up companies that also come for placement and as well as for an internship. The top role offered is a Software Developer Engineer.
Infrastructure: There are all kinds of labs and for AI & Gaming Technology computers are built with high-end specifications in advance block. The Wi-Fi is average in open space but for placement and for technical events like hackathons, the Wi-Fi is pretty good. The hostel facility is average and it costs around Rs. 1,00,000- Rs. 1,30,000 for non-AC and for AC it costs Rs. 2,00,000. Overall the mess food is average and the menu has 5 days of non-vegetarian and 2 days of vegetarian food options.
Faculty: The curriculum and the registration get updated once every four years. The recent update has set one open-book exam paper in every semester. Most of the teachers are PhD qualified and a few are with Masters. The semester exams are pretty moderate and we do have some papers as problem-based learning where we do projects in that particular subject under a team of 5 students. The pass percentage is somewhere around 85-90 percent.

Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply.
