Each student is required to attain 35% marks in each subject and in aggregate to clear their HSC examination.
The Maharashtra HSC Grading System 2025 allows 1 to 2 marks of grace (condonation marks) for subjects where students narrowly miss passing. These marks vary by subject, with Mathematics and Science combined having the highest allocation of 6 marks.

Q: Congratulations on your result! How was your reaction after seeing the results? Did you score what you expected?
A: I did made a goal to score 95% and I am very happy to secure the same in my HSC board exam.
Q: Please tell us something about your family background.
A: My father has a business in computer and my mother is a lawyer. I have a elder brother who is pursuing Masters in Science.
Q: Please tell about the career path you are targeting
A: I would like to go for engineering or would love to go for research field.

Q: What was your strategy to score above 95%?
A: I made sure to focus on my weakness after my semester exams that helped me improve my weak areas during my preparation.

A: I didn’t go to any coaching institute. But we use to get extra lectures for JEE preparation in college.

A: My parents encouraged me during my journey.

A: I used to study every day but I made sure to take breaks whenever I felt bored from my studies. Anyways, I never used phones throughout the year that helped me keep away from distraction. My parents did told me to keep phone but I refused.
Q: What are your future plans? Which career path are you aiming?
A: I haven’t planned my career path yet as I am waiting my entrance results.
Q: What is your favorite subject?
A: I got 120/120 in Maths and that’s my favourite subject.
Q: What all entrance exams did you appear for?
A: JEE and MHT CET to pursue engineering. I will also appear for IISER which is to enter in research.
Q: What is your dream college/institute?
A: I have no such specific demand. Whatever college I get will go for it.
Q: What are your future goals?
A: No future goals as of now
