Humanities is one of the major streams for students preparing for HSC board exams. MPBSE Class 12 Syllabus for Humanities stream is based on NCERT textbooks. So far, the MP Board exam pattern 2026 for class 12 exams has not been changed. Last year, the board made changes in the MPBSE 10th exam pattern. The number of short-answer-type questions (2 marks) has been increased, while the number of long answer questions (4 marks) is decreased. In MP Board class 12 exams, both objective and subjective type questions will be asked.
