The Directorate of General Education, Tamil Nadu (TNDGE) issues Tamil Nadu 10th migration certificate 2025 for students who cleared the Tamil Nadu 10th exam 2025. TN 10th migration certificate should be applied online.

Tamil Nadu 10th Migration Certificate 2025: The Directorate of General Education, Tamil Nadu (TNDGE) will issue Tamil Nadu Class 10th Migration certificate for those students who wish to join higher studies outside Tamil Nadu. They must visit the official website - dge.tn.gov.in and apply for the TN 10th migration certificate. Only those who cleared the TN SSLC board exams are eligible to apply for the migration certificate. Students who wish to join higher studies outside Tamil Nadu state must apply for TN 10th migration certificate 2025 online.

TN 10th Migration Certificate 2025: How to Apply?

Students can apply for TN 10th Migration certificate 2025 online. Check the steps given below to complete the application for Tamil Nadu Class 10th Migration certificate 2025.

  • Visit the official website - dge.tn.gov.in
  • Click on Services
  • Click on Migration Certificate Application Form
  • Fill up and pay the required fees
  • Submit the application form

Note that the filled up applications should be submitted along with Xerox copy of any one of the SSLC/OSLC/Matriculation/ Anglo Indian/ Higher Secondary Examinations certificates on the basis of which candidate is applying and demand draft of a Nationalized bank or else alternatively candidate can take challan towards fees prescribed by the Department. Fees for the Migration Certificate i.e., demand draft for Rs.505/- obtained from any Nationalized Bank or challan for Rs.505/- which payable through any of the Tamil Nadu State Government treasury branch in favour of Director of Government Examinations, Chennai – 600006. Officer to be approached is Deputy Director of Government Examinations, Chennai – 6.

No, TN board does not deduct marks for exceeding the word limit in the board exams. However, marks may be deducted for spelling mistakes and other errors in language papers.

Schools do not have the right to withhold admit card of the studnets for TN class 10th board exam. TN SSLC admit card is issued by the Directorate of Government Examination, Tamilnadu. You can reach out to the TN board, if the school do not provide the admit card.
