Polytechnic course is a 3 year Diploma programme in fields like electronics, electrical engineering, civil, mechanical etc. Once you successfully complete Polytechnic course, you can appear for the Lateral entry entrance test. Thus you can join in the second year or 3rd semester of the regular BTech course in engineering colleges.

Students need not worry, if they fail in TN SSLC exam 2025. They can appear for the supplementary exam. The TN board will release the TN SSLC supplementary dates 2025 soon after the release of the TN 10th result 2025. TN SSLC supplementary exam will be held in June/July 2025.

Students should immediately inform the school authorities, if there are any errors found on the TN 10th Admit Card 2026. They should get it corrected as early as possible.
