The balanced side of APSIT.

Placements: Recently, my seniors received a good package. The highest package was 26 LPA. Many more students got placed in good companies like Capgemini, TCS and IBM. The average package in my college goes around 5 to 6 LPA. In our college, every student is offered a virtual internship.

Infrastructure: The college has well-structured and well-maintained labs and classrooms. We also have the facility of a library, in which we can find a wide range of books. In the library, our college also provides PCs to do research. There is no hostel in our college as the campus is not vast. The food in the cafe and canteen is both quite good. We have turf to play cricket on and many more amenities to play indoor games.

Faculty: All the teachers here are very qualified and knowledgeable. But its all about the technique of teachers and how they teach. Here, there are only a few teachers who teach really well. The course curriculum is too good, as it covers all the basic concepts and can make a student industry-ready. The semester exams in college are not that difficult but not easy either.

Review of A. P. Shah Institute of Technology.

Placements: Around 80 percent of students are placed. The highest package in 2021 was around 25 LPA, the lowest was 1.5 LPA, and the average was 3 LPA. A few of the top recruiting companies are Capgemini, Amazon AWS, TCS, etc. Internships are not offered by the college; they will just make you complete certain courses just for the namesake of certificates which are of no use.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, ACs, and fans are available in college, but some of them do not work properly. The library is available, but it has extremely rude librarians. No hostel facility is provided by the college. The canteen food is terrible and unhygienic. No medical, sports, and games facilities are available in the college as well.

Faculty: The teachers are good, well-qualified to do the job, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is hectic and tiring for the students as it only focuses on the completion of the syllabus and not on the students' well-being. The college exams are of average difficulty level, and around 80% of students pass the exams by regular studying.

Other: I chose this course because I had a fascination and passion for computer engineering since childhood. I wish if the university and college focused a little bit more on student well-being rather than the completion of the course. The campus crowd is terrible, rude, impolite, and selfish, making it extremely hard to make real connections and friendships here. Events and fests in college are just held for the namesake; it is better not to attend them. They are held at an extremely low budget and quality. Scholarships are provided by the government according to caste and income categories.

Satisfied with the academic activities, good placements, infrastructure is good.

Placements: Almost all the students are placed in Computer. The highest package was of 25LPA. The lowest was of 3-5LPA, Average package are of 5 LPA. Companies like Amazon, paytm, BYJUS etc. Come for recruiting. Top roles offer are of senior engineer. Students are getting internship from TATA etc.

Infrastructure: The facilities are good. Labs are in good condition. I would not say best conditions. Canteen food is good. There is no scope for sports. Academic facilities are great. There is not hostel facility in the college. Students have to rent a apartment. There are also medical facilities available .

Faculty: Not all the teachers are helpful. Majority of them are good. Course curriculum is not up to date as it is under Mumbai University. College offers extra course which are relevant to the field. Semester exams are of medium difficulty. You have to maintain 50% attendance.

The campus is good, with well-educated faculty members.

Placements: Placements are good. In the college, reputed as well as startup companies come and help all the students. The placement rate is 100% most of the time, which is very good. Top companies like Amazon have also come here for placement drives. The top roles offered are senior engineers.

Infrastructure: There is a free Wi-Fi service that is available throughout the college. The library is there with lots of books, and the college has access to different learning materials like other online libraries. The classrooms are not good, but it's fine.

Faculty: Faculty members are good and supportive. They have information and knowledge about the course they teach. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is kind of relevant. It is not exactly perfect, but fine. The passing percentage in college is near or mostly 100%, which is quite good. Internships and placements and extra activities help students get industry-ready.

It is a good college, with good infrastructure, faculty and multilingual crowd.

Placements: Some students got placements in Amazon, Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys and many more good and well-reputed companies. The training and placement cell is very good, and they help us with the interviews and suggest how to crack interviews of high-level companies.

Infrastructure: There is no hostel by APSIT, and you have to find a hostel nearby. The infrastructure is good. There are a few high-tech labs with great-performing computers. There is free Wi-Fi provided by the college for students.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and explain things again and again if you don't get it. They are sweet to students, and some are very friendly also. They sometimes get angry if students don't submit assignments and other works on time. Overall, the faculty are very good.

Other: The main event of our college is OJUS, and it is awesome. It comes with lots of things like sports, cultural events etc. We have a lot of fun. There are also music events. Different events and functions are also held. The campus crowd is good.

In this college, lots of events are held, and many opportunities are also there.

Placements: The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA. The top recruiting companies were L&T, TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, and many more. The top roles in this course were block chain, AI, and many more. There were also placements practice where students were prepared for their interview. Due to university, students do not get to learn new things.

Infrastructure: There was Wi-Fi available on the whole campus, good library space, air-conditioner classrooms were also provided. The quality of food was good, medical facilities were quick like there was a tie-up with the hospital. It provides all sports indoor and outdoor, and there was a badminton court also. They also have small turf for cricket and a big basement for parking.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful and all were well qualified. Teaching quality was also different and good. Some semesters were different but the faculty members makes it possible for students. Semester 3 and semester 1 were difficult especially semester 3 maths, but students can clear it. In semester 1 student can face problems in mechanics.

Other: The best thing about the course was that students get to know many things about modern technology. But due to the syllabus of university students were still lagging in the old syllabus and learning that. But this college teaches students extra course and make them easy to understand for them. The fests in this college were good.

Good faculty, gives best college.

Placements: In my college most of the student placed are from my departments. This year goldman sachs was a mass recruiter and gave the highest package of 20 Lacs per annum to student of same department. Also the average package is of 4 Lacs per annum. Last year Capgemini was mass recruiter.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of all the department is excellent and faculty are so help full, even at 9pm they answer your whattsapp messages. Library contain tons of books related to engineering and also related to other subjects. Canteen is small if you compare it with college other classrooms. Games and sports are given same priority as studies in college. Their are sport events held between departments and also between college all over the Mumbai.

Faculty: Many teacher are Ph.D. in their corresponding subjects and many of them are currently doing Ph.D. on their subjects. All teacher are very helpful and student friendly leaving one or two. Their are many internship chances which many students industry ready. Exam are not too hard but it is not easy too.

Other: I have chosen this course to learn about programming and coding, but it was not up to the mark as I wished. College life is amzaing here. Main event of our college is called Ojus which is held in months of april and may. In this event their are many competitive event based on sports, technology, dancing and many other things. Their is scholarship name EBC in which you have to pay half year fees for all four year of your engineering.

Our college is absolutely good for hardworking students.

Placements: More than 30% of the students got placed through campus placements, and companies offered a salary package of around 2 LPA to 3 LPA. Many startups visited here to recruit students. Mostly our college offers internships to a few students. However, HR team members are good, and they offer chances to many students for recruitment.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good, and you will like it. Classrooms are well arranged and provide online facilities to students. Our college also has its own web portal and application for students to get study materials. The canteen and comment rooms are good, and students will enjoy them.

Faculty: Teachers here are helpful and professional. Our college is going to be approved by NBA soon, and the management is good and helpful. Teachers here are well qualified and always give you comfort while completing your studies. HODs are helpful. Teachers also provide presentations and lecture summaries on the students' web portal.
