Good infrastructure facilities in 2026 VCET.
Placements: About placement, this is not the right college to approach, to be honest. The placement rate is below average. The average package is 4-5 LPA. The highest packages are like 12-18 LPA, rarely. Campus placements are not worth it. There are good companies that do visit, like JP Morgan, Infosys, etc. Non-campus placements are really great, which were cracked by our third-year seniors. An example is one guy with a 1.6 crore package in perplexity. In the end, it depends on your knowledge and skills.
Infrastructure: The college is pretty good, to be honest. The college has developed its infrastructure. The college is looking really cool now. There are 5 total lifts, good Wi-Fi connectivity, and each classroom has 3-4 ACs. Good labs, a proper separate library building, a playing area, a good canteen, computer labs, and a digital library. Everything is new and in good condition.
Faculty: Now the college is under Mumbai University. Next year the college will be autonomous, i.e., from the academic year 2026-2027. The faculty is well experienced, and teaching is decent. Lectures are conducted properly, and the faculty has a good amount of knowledge. The teaching style is pretty good, and the faculty is supportive.
Other: CSEDS is definitely a good and interesting branch to study.

I like everything about college.
Placements: Not many students get placement, as I can see only about 10 to 20% students get placed. The packages are from low 2 to 3 LPA, to the highest 12 LPA. Also, a student got a job in perplexity for a 1 crore package. This year, my course got so many job offers, like 10 or more.
Infrastructure: College has all kinds of facilities, like high-speed Wi-Fi, labs, AC classrooms, a 3-floor library with computers for research, and a canteen on the 3rd floor. College also has 2 meeting halls where we hold events, or sometimes some entrepreneur come to give information about their company and how they reach there.
Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable, and they support every student who needs help. About the exams, they are very good. The passing percentage is 40%. The college has a very good curriculum. In January, colleges host most of the events like Zeal, sports events like cricket, kabaddi, khokho, badminton and many more. The sports event name is Avahan.
Other: I chose the Computer Science and Engineering course because I like the subject that I have, and I like creating new websites and programming.

Good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: 50 to 60% of students get placed in my branch. The highest on-campus package is 12 LPA, given to two students by the IT department, by Contentstack for the full-stack developer role. TCS, Bristlecone, and Feedspot are the top hiring companies. They are offering packages ranging from 3 to 9 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. There are AC classrooms, Wi-Fi (1 Gbps), good new PCs, three ACs in each classroom, and multiple lifts. A canteen with a capacity of 100 to 150 that serves decent food. There is a small gymkhana with carrom, chess, table tennis, badminton, etc. The college has a dedicated library and a digital library with access to research articles. They are currently renovating the main building and adding two more lifts. There is no hostel, but there are multiple affordable PGs nearby. You can contact faculty members, and they will help you out.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful, and the teaching quality is good. The curriculum is provided by MU. Some topics may feel irrelevant, but the curriculum is being updated. Semester exams are not very difficult. You can easily score above an 8 CGPA with a decent amount of study.
Other: The events are very good. The even semester is the best time of the year. Zeal (the cultural fest) and Avahan (the sports event) are events you will remember forever. Do join clubs and committees. You will enjoy them and gain some exposure.

Best College in Palghar District.
Placements: Our college has a decent placement record over the past academic year. The highest package is around 12 LPA, and the lowest is around 3 LPA, with an average of 3.5 LPA. Most packages range from 3 to 5 LPA. Companies like TCS, Contentstack, Bristlecone, and Godrej Infotech visit the campus, offering various internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: The new canteen is spacious and has great ventilation. The classrooms are spacious, and the Wi-Fi works well throughout the campus. The newly created labs have a good PC setup. The college does not have a ground at the moment due to ongoing construction. The library has good space and a great digital collection.
Faculty: Faculty is supportive and understanding. The teaching style and overall learning experience are good. The curriculum is smoothly covered, and the pass percentage is above 80. Industry experience must be gained individually. Teachers are supportive, but proactiveness is needed.
Other: Great cultural and sports events are conducted.

Good college in Vasai, with a solid foundation in engineering.
Placements: Placements are moderate, and while some companies offer good profiles, more partnerships with startups and emerging tech industries could open up broader opportunities for students. Overall, VCET has provided a foundation to build my academic and creative interests. It rewards self-motivated students and offers just enough support to help them grow if they’re proactive. My time here has been steady, and I leave with a better sense of direction for the future.
Infrastructure: VCET’s infrastructure is basic but serviceable. Classrooms and computer labs meet general needs, but enhancements in digital learning tools and recreational spaces could enrich the student experience. Events like tech fests and project showcases are encouraging steps toward bridging the gap between academics and real-world applications.
Faculty: Computer Engineering faculty at VCET are generally well-qualified and approachable. Many professors are supportive and knowledgeable in their domains, though teaching methods vary. Some use practical insights, while others follow more traditional approaches. The curriculum follows Mumbai University guidelines and covers key subjects like programming, databases, and networking. While it provides a solid foundation, it doesn’t fully align with current industry trends such as AI, DevOps, or modern frameworks. Students often rely on external courses or internships to bridge this gap.
Other: My experience at Vidyavardhini’s College of Engineering and Technology (VCET) has been a mix of academic discipline and personal growth. The Computer Engineering department offers a decent academic structure, covering the core subjects well. While a few courses could use more industry-aligned updates, the teaching faculty generally try to guide students beyond textbooks whenever possible.

Good faculty members, infrastructure, and events. But poor placement in 2024 and 2025.
Placements: In batch 2021-2025, our branch placement is pretty poor, compared to other branches. No data science or machine learning role recruiting company visited. Most of the placed students are in non-tech roles. Companies like DXC, SaffireTech visit for average of 4 LPA, Zeus for 7 LPA, and the highest is Contentstack for 12 LPA. There are no other companies for technical roles who has recruited any students. Feedspot only hires based on your CGPA for 4 LPA for SEO role.
Infrastructure: Facilities are pretty good. Wi-Fi in labs is fine, classrooms are good, and labs have been rebuilt recently. Canteen is not that spacious but good. We have 3 days sports event named Avahan, and sports room (gymkhana) is mostly closed, you can use it like 2-3 months in an academic year.
Faculty: In our branch, teachers are very helpful. Some are very knowledgeable and well-qualified. They are ready to help you. Course curriculum is as per Mumbai University which only focuses on your CGPA and exams. To become industry-ready you have to study and work on your skills by yourself, and some of the teachers will guide you, no doubt.
Other: I chose this course because everyone said data science is going to be the next big thing, and no doubt it is. But there's no recruitment for data science role in this college. They will hire you for SEO, testing, wordpress, web development, and other non-tech roles. Fest is the best thing, they offer thanks to the student council.

The college is excellent in providing education, infrastructure, and facilities.
Placements: Most of the students get placed. The highest package offered is around 15 LPA, and the average is around 6 LPA-8 LPA. Top roles offered are data science-related, software engineer, and full-stack developer. Top recruiting companies that visits our college are Godrej, Capgemini, and many more.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good at our college. Also, the facilities available are Wi-fi, labs, classrooms, library, girls' common room, boys' common room, Gym (games area), and many more. The food available is delicious, and the college promotes and supports sports, along with academics.
Faculty: The professors are experienced and guide us properly to achieve our goals. The teaching style of professors is also good such that we students understand the concept at first glance, which is crystal clear. The course curriculum is relevant and industry related. The passing ratio of students from semester exams is high, and almost all students pass the semester exams without fail.
Other: One thing that I liked about my college is that they listen to students' feedback and act on it.

Overall, the college is good and also has good infrastructure.
Placements: There are placements in the college for both tech and non-tech roles. T&P cell also organizes the training program for the students to help them improve their skills and get a placement. There are many internships that are provided by the college in the summer and winter periods.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good and well-maintained. The cleaning staff takes good care of hygiene. The classrooms and labs are good. The canteen has a good menu. Wi-Fi facility is provided to all. Every year, sports and games are held.
Faculty: The faculty is supportive and helpful. The teachers also solve the doubts in the lecture, which is helpful as a student, and makes the faculty supportive too. The faculty also encourages the students to take part in various activities. The exams are not so difficult if the concept for the subject is clear.
Other: The events held are good, and the college has committees for various events. There are tech and non-tech committees in the college.
