Review of A. P. Shah Institute of Technology.

Placements: We have a TPO association to enhance students' skills. Our college provides placements in top-level companies like TCS, LTI, Hexaware, Capgemini, etc. Almost 85% of students got placed in our course. Aptitude and soft-skill training are provided in this college for students foe free of cost.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Air-conditioners are available in our classrooms. It also provides a good library. Laboratory is well-equipped.

Other: It is a private engineering college located in Kasarvadavali, Thane. It was established in the year 2014. This course fee structure is Rs 1,20,000. Our college is private so scholarships are not provided. Financial assistance is good in this college.

It is one of the best colleges in Thane and Mumbai.

Placements: Overall, placements are good enough for some streams. It is fair enough for civil and mechanical engineering streams, and very few campus recruitment events have been occurred until now for these branches. Other than that, for IT and computer engineering streams, companies which are visiting here are good.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is good as all the facilities provided are well-maintained such as canteen, cricket turf, boys and girls common room, library, etc. There is no space for outdoor sports, but it has enough infrastructure for indoor sports. Labs, classrooms and seminar halls are good.

Faculty: Teaching staff members are very good at all the branches. Some staff members are well-qualified and have industry experience as well, so it is very helpful for students. For making students industry-ready, our college has started an initiative as APSIT skills.

It is the best college to get started with your career.

Placements: Our college has been in collaboration with many companies, and it has good infrastructure, teachers and equipment. Our college has received many awards like best-emerging college in Thane, etc. Our college has many companies combined to give interviews to other college students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. Every classroom has its own projectors, and the campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The college is entrusted with cameras, and lifts are enabled for both students and teachers. The campus has a good room of computers for Infosys interviews and programme.

Faculty: Teachers here are corporate and very friendly with students. They help students whenever they need. Faculty members help each student individually, and there are many talking sessions of teachers with parents of students and many class discussions.

Other: I am in the 3rd-year of the civil department, and the batch is awesome.

I am satisfied with all of the education I did from the institution.

Placements: About 10% of the students from our course got placed with a salary package of 2.5 LPA. Only one company conducted an interview and the job profile offered was not good. The company took for QA/QC jobs but offered different jobs. The college does not provide an internship. Top roles, like quality assurance and quality control, are offered to the students.

Infrastructure: Quality of infrastructure available in our college is great. The college has open Wi-Fi on the entire campus. All the classroom were well maintained and air-conditioned. All the labs have the necessary equipment and good sitting arrangements. The library is also maintained properly, and free sets of books are given to students. The library has different sections for both boys and girls to sit and study. The college does not provide hostel facility.

Faculty: Our college has excellent, experienced and expert staff members. They are very helpful, and they even helped us after we completed the course. They are well qualified. They have expert knowledge in their respected fields. Staff and college try to make students industry-ready.

Other: I have chosen this course because I have started from the bottom from the basics like I have done my architectural draftsmanship and then a diploma in civil and after that degree in civil. I wish the college should improve campus recruitment for the civil branch. Technical events are organised at our college. The connectivity is also good. The college conducts extracurricular activities. Scholarships are available for the students.

An overview of A. P Shah Institute of Technology.

Placements: IT, Comps and EXTC Placements were Excellent. Majority of the students were placed in companies like Wipro, L&T, TCS, Hexaware, Capgemini, Paytm, HP and such leading players in the market. The TPO is very responsive and has been able to fetch many companies to carry out on-campus recruitments. Apart from this students have been able to grow a professional network to help themselves fetch a good job during their study period. Average packages were around 3.5 Lacs to 10 Lacs. There were quite a few marketing companies like Jaro, Byjus, Extramarks who offered packages ranging from 8 Lacs to 10 Lacs. General roles offered to students were of Software development, hardware testing, marketing executives, project Engineers, field engineer, etc. All were basic entry-level positions for recently graduated students.

Infrastructure: Since the campus isn't huge, there is not much space available for outdoor sports. However, indoor sports viz. Carrom, TT, etc. Are available. Apart from these, there is a dedicated music room for enthusiasts. The laboratories are excellent with all required equipments. Classrooms are air-conditioned.

Faculty: Faculty members are all Post-graduates and most of them are pursuing PhD's. The course curriculum is completed on time. Timely tests are taken to ensure proper understanding. Project based learning methods are implemented for better understanding of the students.

Other: Cultural and sports events are excellent and provide huge opportunities to students in participating, executing, leadership, public speaking, relationship development, etc.

The infrastructure of the college is very good and faculty members are well qualified.

Placements: Students who can clear their aptitude test are further selected for GD and interviews. I heard that the highest salary package offered varies from 8.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Capgemini, Tata Consultancy Services, LTI, etc., are the recruiting companies for students every year.

Infrastructure: Our college has the best infrastructure with best facilities. Cleanliness in the entire college is the best. The canteen premises is hygienic, and the surrounding gives a positive vibe and attitude. Classrooms are spacious and smart classrooms are available. Being a student it gives me the vibe of proudness.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, well qualified and very smart. They are interactive with students. All the teachers are intelligent. Doubt solving sessions are held especially for those students who are facing problems in their academic studies. There are mentors behind every 20 students.

Our college has the best infrastructure.

Placements: The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Puranik and L&T visit our college for placements. Almost 90% of the students get an internship at the college in companies like Lodha and Puranik.

Infrastructure: Our college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, air-conditioned classrooms, library, canteen and stationaries. Food served in the canteen is awesome. Our college provides medical first aids. Box cricket is also available with other sports facilities.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified. Most of the teachers are ME certified. Their teaching quality is good. They are highly knowledgeable. The course curriculum makes the students industry-ready as the students are given more practical knowledge.
