Student life at Acharya Institute of Technology.
Placements: It is a 2-year course MCA 2023-25 batch. 85% of students will get placed every year. Recruiting companies are Microsoft, Google, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and Cognizant. The roles offered are software engineer, data analytics, software tester, and front-end and back-end developer. It helps students get to the desired role.
Infrastructure: Lab is well-equipped. We have smart board for teaching and good seating arrangements are there. There is a very large library and a smart library system that will be introduced where every student can login and logout by punching a library card. Our college provides hostel facility for the required students, and time to time very good food for the students.
Faculty: Teachers help students and motivate them in every aspect and make students better people in society. Every year, there will be 2 semesters and 2 exams. 98% of students will clear exams. The exams will be conducted by VTU University as we follow the syllabus prescribed by VTU.

If you have very good percentage in your 10th,12th and UG. But infrastructure wise this is a good
Placements: 1. Just 20 students were placed out of 160+ students 2. The highest salary was 50/m and the lowest was 15000 per month. 3. WIPRO, INFOSYS, JUSPAY recruited the students. 4. Software Developer, Software Engineer roles were offered. 5. The highest salary was 50Lpa and the lowest was 1.8lpa was offered to our course. 6. Almost every student got internship which was offered from our college itself.
Infrastructure: 1. Infrastructure and facilities were great but they have to upgrade now the infrastructure with the growing technology. Wi-Fi is free for students but only with restricted speed and restricted amount of websites are accessible. Faculty members are good there so classroom training is better. Library there is centralised. All branch students come there to study. 2. Hostel foods are bad at Acharya, especially dal and sambar are bad. The rice items are way better. Canteen is good but the e cost of canteen products are too much. They provide good medical facilities. The sports and game sections are well organised there. You just need to submit your ID proof there and you can play almost any available game.
Faculty: 1. Teachers are very helpful and many are very much experienced faculty members. They have deep knowledge in their profession subjects. If you ask me to rate the teaching quality I would rate it 4 / 5. 2. MCA is a technical course and you have to be thorough in your subjects. Usually teacher will teach only 4 parts off 10 parts so you need to study hard and do all the assessments on time. Speaking of industry ready. I think they need to improve the quality of teaching more in order to make students ready for industry.
Other: 1. I was very much passionate about technical course and I thought this course would lead me to where I actually wanted to go. (get job). The best thing of this course is technical training of programming languages. 2. I think the teaching method has to be improved in order to make the course more interactive. 3. All sorts of events, fests and connectivity is there in campus as well as you can take part in. Many extra curricular activities.

My experience as a MCA student in Acharya Institute of Technology.
Placements: In MCA there is no good placements, only 20% people got placed from our batch. The teaching staff is good and talent. For Internship, faculty will help to get places in companies. The highest package got from our batch is 5.5 LPA. Most of the people got Software developer and database admin roles.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and the college environment is highlighted in our college and facilities is not bad. Good library, Average canteen. Our college is mainly famous for Campus infrastructure. Every day film shootings will be going on. College fest and cultural activities is one of the best in Bangalore colleges.
Faculty: Teachers will help in every situation and very good talented some faculty is average as usual. Most of the faculty will teach how to get placed and how you should be work once you get a job. Labs is good and faculty will give many assignments to gain knowledge urself.
Other: I chose MCA because there is good scope in both IT and Lecturing field. MCA is good for Lecturing field but nowadays most of the people looking ATIT field. They should call more companies for companies especially for MCA branch to help students. Events is highlight in Acharya college, everyone knows about this. Acharya is famous for Acharya habba event every year it's going on with Hugh DJ, Sports, Cultural activities. It will be like festival. Scholarship will get most of the people, faculty will help and guide to apply everyone.

Apart from placements, i am really satisfied
Placements: 1. The placed students are very few comparatively as they set an overall criteria of 60% - 75%. 2. For the placed students Rs. 25000 per month was offered which was average salary. The highest is 7LPA. 3. INFOSYS, WIPRO, JUSPAY recruited the students. 4. Software Developer was the highest role offered. 5. The lowest package offered was 12000 per month. 6. Almost every student from our batch got internship but not from any one company.
Infrastructure: 1. Facilities are good. But their main problem is shortage of Drinking water. You need to carry your own bottle from your home else you need to buy a water bottle from outside stores. Wi-Fi facilities are available for students. Labs are well organised for various batch students and there is a huge central library which is common for almost all the batch students. 2. I have been at the hostel of acharya and I must say they keep on improving only the infrastructures of the hostel. They bother least about the food quality. As far as medical facilities and sports and games are concerned, acharya has best infrastructure for those.
Faculty: 1. Teaches are well qualified enough to teach the courses and we barely faced any problem there, as the teaching standards are high. 2. Just like every other college, even this college offers the theoretical part. And as far as if you ask are the students ready for industry. My answer is NO.
Other: 1. I chose this college because I heard it provides placements in well reputed companies. Teachers are best things to happen in this college. 2. I just want them to improve the placement cell and so that the future students should not suffer. 3. Acharya conducts various events and hosts it grandly. It gathers the crowd very quickly and the connectivity to the college is another minor issue to concern about. As the college is almost 3km away from main road. And very few buses travels in that route. Only way to go to the college is either by auto, on foot or by walk. You can also go to the college via soldevanahalli railway station which is on the other side of the college.

    Not a student friendly college.
Placements: The placement is very bad there's no major companies in campus interview only a few. There al a lot of small companies which visit None that offers a good package. 90% of students were not placed at all. And if you don't have above 60% in all your pre education don't even bother about placements just 2 companies were in that category.
Infrastructure: The campus is big and cool 8/10 for that. There's Wi-Fi available for which we have to pay 5k and which does't even work. The classrooms are not great no lift facility too many floors. The library which collects more fines then books. The canteen food is good but overpriced. The infrastructure is only good from the outside inside everything is old and broken.
Faculty: There are a very few good teachers who help you all-around like placements internship IT word etc. There are some who just come teach and go and there are some horrible teachers whom you can't even understand. The management is also not good they make you walk all over the campus just for a little work. And the calss rooms and labs are in totally different buildings which you should change a lot.
Other: Would't recommend this college it's not a student friendly college the fee structure and all are too high which is not even Worth you can get much more better colleges at the same fee.
