AITAM BTech scholarships includes the Pragati Scholarship Scheme offered by AICTE. It is awarded to support girl students pursuing technical degrees. Eligible students admitted to the first year of a degree-level course may avail INR 50,000 per annum for up to four years. For students admitted directly to the second year, the scholarship is available for a maximum of three years. The scholarship amount is meant to cover tuition fees and other expenses.

To get admission to AITAM UG & PG courses, candidates must go through a multi-level admission process. The college offers admissions based on several state-level entrance exams for respective courses. For 2025 academic year, Aditya Institute of Technology and Management offers a total of 1,440 BTech seats across various specialisations. AITAM BTech programme seat intake is as follows: BTech in Computer Science and Engineering has the highest intake with 360 seats.
