AIIMS Delhi average package data is not released. Nevertheless, as per the NIRF report 2025, the course-wise median package offered during AIIMS Delhi placements 2024 is presented below:

Yes, AIIMS Delhi is almost free for all the programmes including MBBS MD MS PG Diploma M.Ch. DM DNB etc. For MBBS the admission charges (non-refundable) are INR 25 at the time of admission and INR 35 per day for the first 10 days. Other than this, there is no annual fee at AIIMS Delhi. Students must make a one-time payment between INR 5,000 to INR 6,000 which is the fee for the complete MBBS course of 5.5 years.

Since you haven't mentioned your category, we would consider you to belong to the General Category. You should aim for a NEET UG cutoff rank under 50 to get AIIMS New Delhi. Looking at the last three years' cutoff, AIIMS Delhi NEET cutoff 2025 for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) closed at 48, while in 2024, it closed at 47 and 57 in 2023 for the General AI category students. 

AIIMS Delhi INICET cutoff 2024 was concluded with the release of last round of seat allotment results. Among the General AI category candidates, the round 1 cutoff for different specialisations varied between 1 and 2904 for various MD/MS/MCh/DM specialisations. The most difficult specialisation among the General AI category was MDS in Orthodontics. On the other hand, the easiest specialisation was MD in Anatomy.

AIIMS had released the BSc (H) Nursing Round 2 seat allotment for AIIMS Delhi admissions of previous year. Failure to select the seat accepting option as below will lead to cancellation of the allocated AIIMS and the deposited amount of INR 1 Lacs (In case of R1 seat allottee) will be forfeited. The UG and PG students who get hostel at AIIMS Delhi campus are required to submit hostel fee from along with the tuition fee, every semester. For Junior residents, however, the hostel fee is deducted from salary. In addition to this, a hostel security deposit fee of INR 1,000 at the time of joining/ application. AIIMS Delhi Nursing cutoff 2024 was released for admission to BSc and MSc specialisations in nursing. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to All India and Home State quota candidates. Among the General AI category candidates, the last round closing ranks varied between 2 and 280. Therefore, it is possible to get admission at 70 rank, however, the only specialisation available at this rank is B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nursing. Among the General HS category candidates, the last round closing ranks varied between 35 and 174. Among the General HS category candidates, the specialisations offered at 70 rank are M.Sc. in Oncological Nursing, M.Sc. in Nursing ( Neuro Sciences Nursing), M.Sc. in Nursing ( Nephrological Nursing ) and M.Sc. in Nursing ( Psychiatric Nursing ). 

Below are the details of the campus of AIIMS Delhi:

• Boys' & Girls' Hostel: There are multiple and separate hostel accommodations available for boys and girls pursuing UG and PG programmes.
• IT Infrastructure: Knowing that the IT infrastructure holds great importance in studies, AIIMS New Delhi boasts of a world-class IT infrastructure, unlike any other college in the city.
• Laboratories: The laboratories are well-equipped, contain all the important instruments as per the needs of the students and are fully air-conditioned.

• Library: AIIMS has a central library known as BB Dikshit Library. This is located inside the AIIMS Delhi Campus, Ansari Nagar.
• Sports Facilities: The Delhi campus if AIIMS also has a large and well-equipped gym, swimming pool and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball, squash and soccer that provide ample opportunities for recreation.

Yes, AIIMS Delhi has 21 hostel buildings located at the Ansari Nagar campus, Masjid Moth campus, Raj Nagar and Ayurvigyan Nagar. All these hostel buildings have an overall capacity of about 2,717 seats and majority of this accommodation is for a single student/ residents/ married students or families. The hostel facility of AIIMS Delhi, other than the residential building, provides a mess, a canteen, a juice shop and an Amul shop, etc., for the convenience of the students.

The college has single, double or triple occupancy rooms along with family rooms for married students. Most single rooms are furnished with a bed, a cupboard, a table and chair and a bookshelf. The married accommodation is also furnished accordingly. The hostel rooms also have a facility of attached washrooms but this facility is only accessible in married accommodation along with a few hostels. In general, shared washrooms and bathrooms are available for the students.

First, candidates must meet BSc eligibility criteria and complete online registration through the official wesbite. Appear for the AIIMS BSc entrance test. Once seats are allotted, pay the first installment of the AIIMS Delhi BSc total fees to confirm the seat. After all the rounds of counselling are held, the institute verifies the documents of all the candidates who have been allocated a seat. Such candidates must carry all the important documents to the campus for verification purposes. 

The AIIMS Delhi Paramedical cutoff 2024 for the BSc courses at the undergraduate level has been released for last round. The AIIMS Delhi cutoff 2024 is ranged between 132 to 856 for General AI students. According to AIIMS Delhi BSc cutoff 2024, The most competitive course for the General AI category is Bachelor of Medical Radiology and Imagine Technology (MRIT) with the last round cutoff of 132. Similarly, for the OBC category, the most competitive course is again Bachelor of Medical Radiology and Imagine Technology (MRIT) with a Last Round cutoff of 150. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must be completed the age of 17 years on 31st December of the year of admission. Candidates must have cleared 12th or equivalent exam from any recognised board with English, physics, chemistry and biology subjects with securing minimum 60% marks for general & OBC candidates and 50% marks for SC/ST/OPH candidates Candidates appearing in 12th or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply.

AIIMS Delhi attracts top healthcare, hospital, and medical technology firms for placements with median packages for UG courses around  INR 12.50 LPA and INR 16 LPA. Median package offered during AIIMS Delhi PG 1 year and PG 2 year placements 2024 stood at INR 20 LPA and INR 17 LPA. The highest median package recorded was for PG 3 year and PG 6 year which was INR 34 LPA.

If a candidate belongs to the General Category, he/she should aim for at least 700+, and in the case of a reserved category, a candidate should aim for at least 675+. This is with regard to marks. In case the candidate wishes to know the same percentile-wise, he/she must score above 99 percentile to secure admission to AIIMS Delhi. Until 2020, students with 650+ score were able to get admission to MBBS at AIIMS Delhi, but the competition has been rising every year.

AIIMS Delhi is considered one of the top collegea across the country. The college receieved rank 1 in Medicine and Health Sciences, as per the NIRF ranking. There is a very tough competition to get into the college. To get admission to the college via AIIMS PG, for MSc specialisations, the General AI category candidates must have a rank of below 6.
