The glorious doctors of AAMC.
Placements: Almost everyone in our college has been placed in multi-specialty hospitals as well as in top government colleges, and multi-specialty hospitals like master Medcity, SP Mediford, play a major role in placement. 98% of students who pass out as doctors also join higher studies.
Infrastructure: Compared to the other colleges, the infrastructure of the college is poor, but the hostel is comparatively better, except in the case of the food menu. Wi-Fi connection is available both in the college as well as in the hospital. All the classrooms are nicely ventilated with up to 10 air conditioners. The library provides a good approach to various textbooks. The college union has a good impact on the sports and games of students.
Faculty: Doctors as well as our professors are highly qualified and experienced, which provides a better teaching quality, but according to our course. We always have exams, and the pass percentage is 40% for theory and 60% for theory, or vice versa.
Other: My batch is 2022. This college made me connect with society much better by connecting with people around me through extracurricular activities.

Not fully satisfied. Good classrooms, bad hostel food, but the student vibe is pretty good.
Placements: 100% students are placed. MD, DM, and SS are the highest qualifications. A Hospital Medical Officer has worked in organizations like WHO and the Red Cross. MBBS is a good course, but the stress and syllabus are more challenging than we expect. Placement is guaranteed, but we need to study more to achieve a good position.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are good. Hostel food quality is below average, and the price does not match. The hostel is congested, but the rooms are average. Electricity is okay. There is greenery and a natural vibe in the hostel. However, faculty members are not very good. Some are very rude, but some of them teach us very well.
Faculty: We have helpful teachers, semester exams are difficult to pass. But over 98% of students pass the main exams. We should study so many things, and clinical postings are there, which are more interesting in the MBBS life. That will be more precious. Workload is very high, but the job is divine.
Other: I chose this college because of the arts and sports events, small programs like jam sessions, and music clubs.

Absolutely having great teachers, a great college, lab, library, staff, etc.
Placements: Hi, I am an MBBS student from the 2022 batch. In our class, we have 150 students. About our fees, it is almost 7.40 Lacs. We are studying at Kerala University of Health and Science, so job opportunities are very high and the job is secured.
Infrastructure: We are having a great classroom with AC and Wi-Fi. The quality of the hostel is great, and the hostel food is average. Medical facilities are provided by our teachers. We have a sports academy with several competitions, so we have a great time at college.
Faculty: We have great facilities because they are retired doctors from several government medical colleges. Basically, our course curriculum is tough, even though we can adjust. We are having 3 internal examinations and 1 public university exam under Kerala University.
Other: I am an MBBS student, 2022 batch. This course was my dream dream since my 10th standard. The best part is when a patient leaves the hospital after recovering from the disease, saying thank you and calling us 'Doctor' - it's heart-touching.

Review of Al-Azhar Medical College and Super Speciality Hospital.
Placements: I am from 2022-2027 MBBS batch. I joined in 2022, and I will probably finish the course by 2027. I am an MBBS student. Almost 150 students are there in my batch. I have not yet completed my course but the placements are good I guess according to previous batch knowledge.
Infrastructure: We have a separate library in which we can take books for reference and study from there, for girls, it's till 10:00 PM. Wi-Fi is not available. Classrooms are neat. Food in the canteen is fine. We have a throwball ground near our hostel. We have a nice ambiance and it's tidy.
Faculty: Teachers are very much helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach very well with well-understanding of the concept. This curriculum is very relevant if you have passion and enthusiasm for it. Exams are a bit difficult but the pass percentage is 90%.
Other: I chose this course because of my passion for it. First, it was very difficult now I am used to it. It's best to see the happy faces of patients after they have cured their illness and its the best feeling. There are arts, sports, and many fests here which are very helpful in relieving stress.

Overall, Al Azhar Medical College is good for MBBS and has good facilities.
Placements: I am an MBBS student of the 2022 batch at Al Azhar Medical College. We have 150 students in our batch. Now, I am in my third year. There are 163 students in our class, including senior batches. Almost 130+ students get internships every year. We have PG seats in our college and several doctors.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is provided in the college. The quality of food available in the mess is okay, but sometimes, we face issues regarding the mess. We recently had an issue with the water, but the management cleared issues within a month. Medical facilities are good. We have an excellent sports team in our college and a ground arranged for practice students.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. Our curriculum is relevant. We don't have semesters instead, we have yearly exams, which are systematic. The pass percentage is 40 for theory, 50 for practicals, but overall 50.
Other: Doing an MBBS is my dream. The best thing about this course is that it is one of the toughest courses. The stress of this course is high. We do have events like the arts fest and union launch, which are conducted in the college. Extracurricular activities are done within different clubs formed by the college.

I am satisfied with the quality of education but dissatisfied due to poor patient load.
Placements: There are 150 students in a batch, and due to yearbacks and batch additions, there are 163 students in my class now. The lowest package offered is 10,000 during the internship, and the highest is 25,000. There are top recruiting fields in AIIMS for us if we get a good rank in the PG exam. 90% of students get internships. Top roles are offered according to the PG exam rankings.
Infrastructure: Good library facilities are available. Wi-Fi is also available in the classrooms. Here, they provide free online classes of PG-oriented classes from Prepladder with their own tabs to watch from the library. Students are watching those classes to improve our knowledge other than academic classes during our free time.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, mainly retired professors from Kottayam Medical College, who are teaching here. They are molding us to become good doctors in the future and to extend a helping hand to patients without any discrimination. This is a relevant curriculum. Students are passing out with great knowledge, and exams are tough. The pass percentage is around 89%.
Other: I am interested in this field because I like to help others, as there is a saying that doctors are the second god.
