AIIMS Delhi offers admission for UG, PG, Doctoral and Super Speciality courses such as BSc, MSc, MD, MDS, MS, and PhD, among others. Admission to any of the course is conducted based on entrance. Therefore, candidates must prepare for the accepted entrance exams such as NEET UG, AIIMS Paramedical Entrance Exam, INICET, Joint CSIR-UGC NET for JRF/ ICMR - JRF/ ICMR- SRF/ DBT - JRF/ NBHM screening test/ INSPIRE fellowship.
The accepted entrance exams may vary as per the choice of course opted for. Candidates must analyse the cutoffs to learn more about the probability of qualifying for AIIMS Delhi and securing a seat. Although, every admission year is more challenging than the previous one, candidates can still make it by putting in some efforts and work on those grades.
The answer will be both yes and no. Getting into AIIMS Delhi without NEET is possible if applying for courses such as BSc, MSc, PB BSc Nursing, MD, MS, DM and MCh, among various others, apart from MBBS. AIIMS Delhi paramedical cutoff 2024 was concluded for a few UG courses. These courses include B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology, B.Sc. in Dental Operating Room Assistant, Bachelor of Optometry (BOPTM) and Bachelor of Medical Radiology and Imagine Technology (MRIT). The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. Among the General AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks were closed at a range of 132 and 856. For the OBC AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks were between 150 and 1108. For the EWS AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks were between 62 and 1158.

- For MBiotechnology: Like other MSc courses, candidates must have completed a relevant degree or BTech (Biotechnology) with 60% aggregate.

Final selection to all the above MSc and MBiotech courses is subject to an Institute-level Entrance Exam conducted by AIIMS New Delhi.

Candidates willing to take part in the AIIMS Delhi admission process must apply before the last date of application. At the postgradaute level, AIIMS Delhi offers MSc, MD, MS, and other courses.
The top courses offered at AIIMS Delhi include MBBS, BSc Nursing, MD, MS, and several other courses. MBBS is the flagship programme of AIIMS Delhi offered for a duration of five and a half years. The MBBS course curriculum also includes a 12-month long, compulsory internship. AIIMS Delhi students get a chance to do an internship at the associated hospital of the institute. i.e., AIIMS Hospital Delhi.
