IIT Delhi MSc Eligibility & Highlights 2025
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi offer MSc course in full-time mode across distinct specialisations. It is a two-year programme, spread across four academic semesters. IIT Delhi admission to various MSc specialisations differs. IITD MSc admission in Chemistry is based on a valid IIT JAM score, followed by a CCMN Counselling round. IIT Delhi MSc Application Process: Important Documents
The documents required during the application form filling are:
- Eligibility degree details
- College name and address with PIN code
- JAM Paper(s) Code
- Choice of JAM examination cities
- High-quality passport-size photograph
- A high-quality image of the candidate’s signature
- Scanned copy of the Category (SC/ST) Certificate (if applicable) in PDF format
- Scanned copy of PwD Certificate (if applicable) in PDF format
- Details of the valid Identity Document (ID). Candidates should carry this original ID proof to the exam centre.

Step 2: The admission brochure, admission pamphlet and prospectus can be downloaded from this page. Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button to proceed further.
Step 3: The registration page opens up. Click on ‘New User Register Here'. Fill out the registration form with all the details, including name, email ID, contact number, course preference, etc. Also, create an alpha-numeric password for future logins.
Step 4: Further, fill in the remaining application form by addressing other details, including guardian info, address of communication, qualifications, etc.
