AIIMS Delhi MBBS cutoff 2025 is finally out for admission to the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) course for General, OBC, SC, ST and other categories. As per the NEET UG last round cutoff 2025, the closing rank for the MBBS course was 207 for students belonging to the OBC category. Among the General AI category candidates, the round 1 cutoff for different specialisations varied between 1 and 2904 for various MD/MS/MCh/DM specialisations. The most difficult specialisation among the General AI category was MDS in Orthodontics. On the other hand, the easiest specialisation was MD in Anatomy.
AIIMS Delhi offers a wide range of MSc in Nursing, MSc and MBiotechnology courses to students at the PG level. The qualification required to pursue different MSc courses at AIIMS Delhi are as follows:
- For MSc Nursing: Candidates must have completed BSc (Hons) Nursing/ BSc Nursing (Post-Certificate)/ Post-Basic /BSc Nursing (4 years) course from any recognised university from an educational institution recognised by the Indian Nursing Council with 60% at least aggregate for Gen/ OBC (NCL)/ EWS candidates (55% aggregate in case of SC/ST candidates). Additionally, they must have registered as a Nurse, RN, RM (Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife) with any State Nursing Council.
- For MBiotechnology: Like other MSc courses, candidates must have completed a relevant degree or BTech (Biotechnology) with 60% aggregate.
- For MSc Courses: A pass in BSc with science (Biology compulsory) or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate.
Final selection to all the above MSc and MBiotech courses is subject to an Institute-level Entrance Exam conducted by AIIMS New Delhi.
