The cutoff for the same was released for different categories of candidates belonging to the All India quota. For the General AI category candidates, the closing ranks varied between 1 and 6. AIIMS Delhi MBBS cutoff 2025 is finally out for admission to the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) course for General, OBC, SC, ST and other categories. As per the NEET UG last round cutoff 2025, the closing rank for the MBBS course was 207 for students belonging to the OBC category. Whereas in the first round, the closing rank for the same course was 206.

AIIMS Delhi INICET cutoff 2024 was concluded with the release of last round of seat allotment results. Among the General AI category candidates, the round 1 cutoff for different specialisations varied between 1 and 2904 for various MD/MS/MCh/DM specialisations. AIIMS Delhi offers a wide range of MSc in Nursing, MSc and MBiotechnology courses to students at the PG level. The qualification required to pursue different MSc courses at AIIMS Delhi are as follows:

• For MSc Nursing: Candidates must have completed BSc (Hons) Nursing/ BSc Nursing (Post-Certificate)/ Post-Basic /BSc Nursing (4 years) course from any recognised university from an educational institution recognised by the Indian Nursing Council with 60% at least aggregate for Gen/ OBC (NCL)/ EWS candidates (55% aggregate in case of SC/ST candidates). Additionally, they must have registered as a Nurse, RN, RM (Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife) with any State Nursing Council.  
• For MBiotechnology: Like other MSc courses, candidates must have completed a relevant degree or BTech (Biotechnology) with 60% aggregate. 
• For MSc Courses: A pass in BSc with science (Biology compulsory) or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate.

Final selection to all the above MSc and MBiotech courses is subject to an Institute-level Entrance Exam conducted by AIIMS New Delhi. 

AIIMS Delhi attracts top healthcare, hospital, and medical technology firms for placements with median packages for UG courses around  INR 12.50 LPA and INR 16 LPA. Median package offered during AIIMS Delhi PG 1 year and PG 2 year placements 2024 stood at INR 20 LPA and INR 17 LPA.
