AIIMS Delhi accepts INICET scores for admission to MD, MS, DM and MCh courses. If you belong to the General AI quota and are seeking admission to DM in Medicine & Microbiology, you must target a cutoff rank of up to 172. The cutoff ranks vary for different rounds and categories. The INI CET round-wise cutoff 2026 for the January session is tabulated below for the General category:

Candidates willing to get admission to various courses at AIIMS Delhi must first register for the accepted entrance exams. Candidates also have to appear for the counselling process after taking the entrance exams. For MBBS, AIIMS Delhi grants admissions through the MCC NEET Counselling.

The total tuition fee for MBBS at AIIMS Delhi is INR 6,080. However, this information is sourced from the official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. fee payment is to be made in cash.

Students must note that cheques, drafts, money orders, etc. will not be accepted in any case and the extension of the date for payment of dues isn't permitted in any case. Other than the tuition fee, the institute charges a lot of other components in the total fee, such as registration charges, caution deposits, student union and laboratory fee. If a candidate belongs to the General Category, he/she should aim for at least 700+, and in the case of a reserved category, a candidate should aim for at least 675+. This is with regard to marks. In case the candidate wishes to know the same percentile-wise, he/she must score above 99 percentile to secure admission to AIIMS Delhi. Until 2020, students with 650+ score were able to get admission to MBBS at AIIMS Delhi, but the competition has been rising every year.

After all the rounds of counselling are held, the institute verifies the documents of all the candidates who have been allocated a seat. Such candidates must carry all the important documents to the campus for verification purposes. 

AIIMS Delhi offers a wide range of MSc in Nursing, MSc and MBiotechnology courses to students at the PG level. The qualification required to pursue different MSc courses at AIIMS Delhi are as follows:

• For MSc Nursing: Candidates must have completed BSc (Hons) Nursing/ BSc Nursing (Post-Certificate)/ Post-Basic /BSc Nursing (4 years) course from any recognised university from an educational institution recognised by the Indian Nursing Council with 60% at least aggregate for Gen/ OBC (NCL)/ EWS candidates (55% aggregate in case of SC/ST candidates). Additionally, they must have registered as a Nurse, RN, RM (Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife) with any State Nursing Council.  
• For MBiotechnology: Like other MSc courses, candidates must have completed a relevant degree or BTech (Biotechnology) with 60% aggregate. 
• For MSc Courses: A pass in BSc with science (Biology compulsory) or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate.

Final selection to all the above MSc and MBiotech courses is subject to an Institute-level Entrance Exam conducted by AIIMS New Delhi. 

According to the information gathered by different sources on the internet, the marks that are necessary to obtain admission to AIIMS Delhi in the General category is between 675 and in case you are a member of the reserved category, you need at least 650 marks.
