For intake to the PGP ‘27 batch, Altera Institute will be accepting the CAT/XAT/NMAT/GMAT scores. Students who will be appearing for CAT 25, NMAT 25, XAT 26 or have a valid GMAT - FE score from last 2 years (Nov. 23 onwards) can apply now.
The recently graduated PGP ‘25 batch set higher benchmarks of placement outcomes for the Institute. The IPRS audited placement stats are as follows:

However, if you don't have a competitive exam score such as (CAT, NMAT, GMAT, XAT), you will be required to take Altera's own aptitude test, the ALNAT. There is no additional fee for taking ALNAT; it is part of the application process.
Yes, the institute provides a 3-month internship to the candidates. After the first intial 12 months, candidates who meet the required attendance and assessment criteria become eligible for internship offered by Altera's hiring partners. If the candidates perform well in the internship, then they can also avail Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) from the hiring company.
