Altera Institute Admission 2026: Courses, Eligibility and Selection

Admissions to the 2026-27 batch of Altera Institute’s PGP is a two-process. Applicants are required to qualify for all the rounds of the selection process to get admission. Find below the detailed Altera Institute course admission process 2026:

1: Application Process 2026

Students seeking admission to Altera Institute in the PGP course need to apply on the official site of the institute. The Students have to pay the application fee of INR 1,999 to submit the application form.

2: Selection Rounds

Students need to qualify for specified selection criteria set by the institute. Given below are the selection parameters set by the institute for admission:

Competitive Scores: Valid scores from CAT, XAT, NMAT, &GMAT. If competitive exam scores are not provided, Students will be required to take the Altera National Aptitude Test (ALNAT).

Education: Academic performance in undergraduate studies.

Work Experience/Internships: Evaluation of the quality &depth of work experience; freshers are assessed based on internships or positions of responsibility.

3: Final seat allotment

Assessment Process: A multi-phase evaluation including:

Phase 1: Case study exercise to test analytical skills.

Phase 2: Personal interview to evaluate motivation &goals.

Phase 3: Interaction with a Director for insights into the candidate’s aspirations.

Admission Decision:

The admissions committee notifies applicants of their results after each application round.
