Altera Institute PGP application process is conducted in online mode. The selection of candidates for the PGP course is decided on entrance basis through the scores of either CAT/XAT/NMAT/GMAT or the ALNAT entrance exam during Altera Institute admissions.

STEP 1: Registration for Admissions

To begin the Altera Institute PGP admission process, candidates need to apply for one of the accepted entrance exams. Once that is done, candidates need to appear for the said exam and afterwards, follow the steps mentioned-below:

2. Click on the 'Apply now' tab.
3. Register on the website.
4. Fill out the application form.
5. Attach all necessary documents
6. Pay the Altera Institute application fee of INR 1,999.

For candidates who apply during early admissions, the Altera Institute application fee is INR 1,499.

• Certificates along with mark sheets of both Class 10 & 12
• Proof of both ID and address
• Passport-size photographs
• Character certificate
• Migration certificate
• Domicile certificate
• Attested copies of birth certificate and last qualifying examination
• Attested copies of any other necessary document required (SC/ ST/ OBC certificate etc.)

STEP 2: Selection Process

In the next step, the applications are scanned by the authorities. Students are selected based on CAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ GMAT scores. Additionally, students with a score in the mentioned examinations can take the ALNAT examination conducted by the institute. After the candidate screening is over, the selected candidates are called for the next round of evaluation.

Here, the candidates are required to appear for a case study test, personal interview and a small interaction with the program director. Candidates who clear the aforementioned rounds are selected for final admissions.

STEP 3: Confirmation of Admissions

Candidates who are selected during final admissions are required to pay the PGP admission fees to confirm their admissions. The admission fee for the PGP course at Altera Institute is INR 1 lakh.
