Amar Singh College is amazing.

Placements: The placement in my course was 60 percent or above. The highest package offered was between 50,000 to 80,000, and the lowest was between 20,000 to 30,000. Above 30 percent of students got internships from my course, including positions such as Civil Services, Bank Manager, and Public Relations Specialist.

Infrastructure: The college has sports facilities for all the students. The college has a very big playground with cricket, football, and hockey fields. There is also a common room with provisions for indoor games like Carom, Chess, and Ludo. The Health Club, for the physical fitness of students, is equipped with motorized treadmills, exercise cycles, multi-gym equipment, and other devices like a jogger and aerobics equipment.

Faculty: The Department of Education was started in the year 1942, and since then, education has been taught as one of the core subjects at the undergraduate level. The main aim of our department is to provide quality-based education to the students. The focus of the department is on the overall personality development of a student, with an emphasis on the development of wisdom besides knowledge. The latest pedagogies and new-age technologies are used for imparting knowledge to the students. The scope of education is very vast. It aims at improving the teaching-learning process and making the whole education system effective and efficient. It helps a student to become an efficient teacher, a great educationist, a good educational administrator, an effective educational planner and policy maker, and an innovative educator.

Other: Completing a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science Honours degree can open up a wide range of career prospects such as Public Policy Analyst, Political Consultant, Government and Public Administration, International Relations Specialist, Lawyer, Academic or Researcher, Journalist or Political Correspondent, and Market Research Analyst.

It is an excellent college for everyone. You can join here to feel the difference.

Placements: There were 120 students in our batch. The highest salary offered was Rs. 150,000 per month, and the lowest was Rs. 25,000 per month. Some local companies, like Khyber, Kashmir Crafts, etc., approached us. About 80% of students in our batch got internships.

Infrastructure: Our college had excellent infrastructure. It had good classrooms with digital boards. It had good labs for experiments. High-speed Wi-Fi was available. It had a library with a wide range of books. The food served was amazing and healthy. Junk food items were not allowed. We had sports equipment and a trainer.

Faculty: Teachers were the best and highly qualified. They had good behaviour. The teaching quality was excellent. I never felt pressure or a load of exams because we were taught well. All we needed to do was revise. Strictness in the exam center was high.

Absolutely good infrastructure, teaching, sports, and lacking in a few corners.

Placements: The percentage of students placed in our courses is nearly 11% of the total. The highest or the lowest packages offered are not known because I think that there are not many companies that recruit. After all, top companies don't participate. The percentage is nearly negligible.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure provided by the college for our course and department are quite good. The Wi-Fi facility is nice as student gets a few GBs outside the library, i.e., on campus, and in the library Wi-Fi facility is nearly unlimited. The hostel facility is satisfactory.

Faculty: Teachers are really helpful, and the teaching quality is quite good. As per NEP, a few courses are related to today's competition to make students aware and competitive. Exams are difficult, and the pass percentage is 55% in our courses. Overall, it is hard to pass.
