Annamalai University Distance Education Admission 2025: Courses, Dates, Eligibility, Selection Criteria, Application Process

Annamalai University DDE considers qualifying exam marks of the aspirants to offer admission. Aspirants can also get seat via Spot Admission. Currently, admissions are open for all the offered courses. Below are the steps to get a seat at Annamalai University DDE:

STEP 1: Annamalai University DDE Application Process 2025

Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria have to first get the application form and prospectus from the university's website. Candidates can fill out the form online. For Spot Admission, aspirants living near Learner Support Centres have to submit documents along with the form in-person. Aspirants have to pay an application fee of INR 295 including GST for MBA/ MSc Computer Science and INR 118 including GST for all other courses.

For admission via Post, candidates can send filled-in application form pasted with passport-size photograph along with xerox copies of the documents to the below address:

STEP 2: Selection

The university reviews the application form of the candidates to confirm their eligibility. Those who are found eligible are granted admission. Applicants living LSC can also get direct admission. For Spot Admission, candidates have to submit filled application along with documents offline. All Spot Admissions are subject to confirmation or cancellation (if found ineligible) by the Director, CD&OE.

STEP 3: Admission Confirmation & Fee Payment

The university informs the aspirants about their selection. Shortlisted candidates have to confirm their seat by paying the Annamalai University DDE fee. After admission confirmation, the signed ID-card and the original certificates including Transfer Certificate/ Migration Certificate fter affixing a seat on the TC that the candidate is admitted in the academic year, is returned to the student via registered post.

In case the certificates submitted by candidates are found bogus or fake, his or her admission then stands cancelled and the fees remitted will also be forfeited.

The fee for distance education courses starts from as low as INR 900 for certificate programmes and goes up to INR 18,500 for MSc programmes.
