What is the eligibility criteria of Arihant Institute of Business Management?

AIBM follows UGC specified eligibility norms while accepting applications for admissions from students. To be eligible you need to meet the below mentioned criteria- Candidate should be a graduate from any statutory & recognised university Minimum marks at graduation level for General Category students- 50% and for SC/ ST/ OBC/ NT 45% For current academic year valid scores for CAT, CMAT, MSCET will be accepted. Candidates appearing for final year examinations can also apply, but their admission will be subject to marks criteria as per point 2 above. Candidates passing degree examination by part-time/ correspondence/ external course/ distance learning or in one sitting are not eligible.

The college is good. Faculty members are good. Placements are also there in the college.

Placements: The college is good. Placements are available in the management field. Overall, it has a good atmosphere. There are various courses in the college. The college also provides placements in different fields with different companies for the MBA program.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is built very nicely. Wi-Fi is available. Classrooms are neat and clean. Facilities are also good. The quality of food in the mess and canteen is also very nice. Faculty members of sports and games are also good. It provides good working conditions within the campus.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable in their own field and in their own subjects. They help in different fields of our courses. There are two semesters in this college. The pass percentage is 40%, and it is easy to score marks.

Other: I chose this course because it makes business management easy and really helpful. Fests are organised by the college. Facilities are helpful for students to pursue various things that they want to do the management of the business. It helps to achieve the goal in the future.

College is good. Overall positive impact.

Placements: There were almost 20% students placed in my course. The lowest package was almost Rs. 3,00,000, and the highest was eight Lacs. Top recruiting companies for my course include Federal Bank, Citibank, etc. Almost every person got an internship for my course, including companies like Coca-Cola, Varun Beverages, KPMG, etc. There were many students who got the internship.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure in my college are good. Wi-Fi is working, labs are good, and the classroom engages with the AC library, which is also in good condition. Overall, hostel facilities are also good. The quality of food is not good. Medical facilities are also average. The sports game is also average.

Faculty: Some teachers were helpful somewhere. Not all teachers are qualified. Some are not very knowledgeable. Not teaching qualities. Overall, the average course curriculum is relevant, but outdated, and makes industry-ready, but it depends on semester exams being average.

Good MBA experience with supportive faculty and decent placements.

Placements: I am from the MBA batch 2019-21 at Arihant College Pune. Around 75% of students got placed. The highest package was 10 LPA, the lowest 3.2 LPA, and the average 5.5 LPA. Companies like HDFC, ICICI, Teach Mahindra visit the college. About 80% of students got internships in banks and finance firms. Roles like analyst, sales, and HR are offered.

Infrastructure: Arihant College has good Wi-Fi, smart classes, AC rooms, and a small library with enough books. There is no big lab but systems are available. The hostel is okay, rooms are small but fine. Mess food is normal, canteen food is better. Medical help is available. Sports ground and indoor games are also available.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and know the subject well. Some teach very well, some are average. The course is okay and useful for the industry but needs more real cases. Exams are not very hard; if you study regularly, it is easy to pass. The pass percentage is around 85–90%. Teaching quality is decent.

Other: I am from the MBA 2019-21 batch at Arihant College Pune. I chose this course because I want a career in management and finance. The best part is group projects, presentations, and internship support. Some subjects need more industry links. The college organizes fests, cultural events, sports, and other activities. Students come from many states, so the crowd is good. The campus is small but clean. Connectivity by bus and local transport is fine. Scholarships are also given to some students. Overall, a good experience.
