IIIT Raichur Cutoff 2025: Check category-Wise JEE Main Cutoff Ranks

IIIT Raichur cutoff 2025 was concluded with the release of Round 6 of the seat allotment result by JoSAA. The cutoff was released as opening and closing ranks for B.Tech. admission across multiple specialisations. Considering the last round cutoff of 2025, the JEE Main closing ranks varied between 65543 and 74623, with Computer Science and Engineering being the most competitive for admission. IIIT Raichur Cutoff 2025 for General AI Category

For the General AI category, the admission was closed at a cutoff rank of 74623. This indicates that students with a lower cutoff rank than the one mentioned here had a better chance of grabbing a seat at IIIT Raichur for BTech admission. Based on the final round cutoff of 2025, Computer Science and Engineering had the lowest rank, making it the most competitive for admission. The lower the cutoff rank, the higher the competition and vice versa. For CSE admission, the JEE Main maximum cutoff rank required was 65543. IIIT Raichur Cutoff 2025 for OBC AI Category

In the OBC category, the JEE Main first and last round closing ranks for Computer Science and Engineering were 12624 and 79652, respectively. For the General AI quota, the first round closing rank for CSE was 31744, while in the last round, the closing rank concluded at 65543. Compared to the General category, the JEE Main cutoff rank was comparatively relaxed for the OBC category students in the last round. However, in the first round, the competition was difficult for the General AI quota to get admission to the CSE program at this institute. IIIT Raichur Cutoff 2025 for SC AI Category

Under the SC category, the JEE Main closing ranks ranged from 7650 to 8700 in the first round for B.Tech. admission. In the final round, for the same course, the closing ranks varied between 226178 and 244129. Considering both rounds, Computer Science and Engineering were the most sought-after BTech specialisations for admission, followed by Mathematics & Computing and Artificial Intelligence & Data Science. IIIT Raichur Cutoff 2025 for ST AI Category

In the ST category under the AI quota, the IIIT Raichur CSE cutoff 2025 was 3523 in the first round, which was increased to 347677 in the last round of admission. For other BTech specialisations, such as Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and Mathematics and Computing, the JEE Main closing ranks concluded at 400008 and 475776, respectively. IIIT Raichur Cutoff 2025 for EWS AI Category

Students can refer to the table below to view the JEE Main first and last round closing ranks of all the BTech specialisations offered at the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Raichur. Under the EWS AI category, the JEE Main cutoff rank concluded at 77997 for Computer Science and Engineering, while for Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, the admission was closed at a rank of 83627. IIIT Raichur Cutoff 2025 for PWD AI Category

Under the PWD category, the JEE Main cutoff was released for multiple BTech specialisations, including Computer Science and Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and Mathematics and Computing. Of all these BTech branches, the most and least competitive for admission in 2025 were AI & Data Science and Mathematics and Computing, considering their last round cutoff. For CSE admission, the JEE Main first and last round closing ranks were 737 and 1218, respectively. For other B.Tech. branches, refer to the table below:
