Arya College of Engineering and IT Jaipur offers M.Tech. programs in the following: Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (Digital Communication), and Electrical Engineering (Power System). The number of seats in all of these programs is 18 students each. These courses provide advanced knowledge and skills in the respective fields.

Candidates who apply for admission to the M.Tech programme at Arya College of Engineering and IT shall be a holder of BE/BTech. degree in relevant discipline from RTU or any other recognised institution with at least 55% marks or 6.25 CGPA on a 10-point scale. The requirement shall be relaxed to 50% marks or 5.75 CGPA for SC/ST candidates. 

Admissions to B.Tech. (1^st year) at Arya College of Engineering and Information Technology, Jaipur is done through centralized online counselling by the Coordinator, Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process. According to this, 70% of seats are reserved for candidates from Rajasthan and 15% are reserved for candidates outside Rajasthan. Admissions to these seats will be merit based, based on the marks/ rank scored in JEE (Mains) and in Class 12^th. The remaining 15% seats are for mixed candidates and will be filled according to the institute’s rules.
