Review of Ashoka Institute of Technology and Management.
Placements: In the civil branch, there are very less enrollments compared to the CS branch, so if we look at percentage-wise, the placement in the civil branch is good and high. The highest package for the civil branch is 5.45 LPA offered by Adani Construction. Top recruiters are Adani and Ultra Tech.
Infrastructure: Facilities available for our course are not even of National standards. There are no Wi-Fi. Labs are not well-equipped for present times, library is good but they lack standard books and you cannot go to library during class. In hostel, the food is very oily and spicy which could affect health of students even after many complain to the warden there has been no impact.
Faculty: Teachers are not supportive, they don't care whether you learn or not, all they want is to complete the syllabus and do their part of the work. Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, but they leave students on their own. Semester exams in college are very easy, even if you focus a little bit, you can easily clear the exam.

I don't have expectations from Ashoka.
Placements: In Ashoka Institute of Technology and Management, fewer students enrolled in the civil branch so more than 50% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA for CS branch. For civil, the highest salary package offered is 3 LPA by Adani Cement. Top roles offered in our civil engineering are site manager and production manager.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is not that good. Wi-Fi is not available in our college. Labs don't have the capacity and are of low standards. Library doesn't have much variety of books, it has syllabus books from different authors and publishers. There is Wi-Fi available in hostel, but in some rooms, the network is not so good. As with many other hostels, mess food is worst, and more oily food is served. There is a facility of volleyball in the hostel.

Faculty: Teachers are useful, and some of them are highly qualified but when it comes to teaching they are decent. Course curriculum is relevant from the AKTU syllabus point of view, but it doesn't make students industry-ready. Semester exams are not at all difficult, even if we are below average, if we give proper time we will pass the exams.
Other: I chose this course, as I just wanted a degree, and to prepare for government exams.

I am dissatisfied with everything except some teachers.
Placements: They promise good placements at the starting but not a single company was there. The worst college to do any course. College is built to make money not focus on students and their careers. If you make any mistake college put a big penalty on you.
Infrastructure: I was in a hostel for a year food quality, college canteen, library for studying are good but library staff was not good. Classrooms are average no Wi-Fi and any other facilities. Medical facilities mean the first aid box is everything.
Faculty: Teachers are supportive and good you can concern with them about any topic. I will give 4 star to the teacher but the administration was very bad. They were like I am the boss everyone should bow down to us. Not a single help for students.

The best engineering college in Varanasi.
Placements: Very good placement with great package. About 70% students get placed. Many big companies visit our college for placement and hire students. Here we can get the best all over. Our last year our senior got a placement package of 4.3 Lacs still more placement are going on. In upcoming times placement ratios will continue growing up.
Infrastructure: Best infrastructure. Best campus in eastern up. Also best in Varanasi. Separate labs with all instruments for practical. A very big library with attractive interior and all necessary books. A big workshop. A attractive canteen named Memories which is very nice.
Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified and experienced. They teaches us with great effort. They are very friendly with all students. They support us at every step and encourage us for our studies, creative inventions. All faculty members are always ready for a loving our problems related to our studies.

Our college is good in Varanasi for graduation.
Placements: College should improve placements. The average salary package is around 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Reliance, Capital services, Muthoot group, Indurama, Samsung, SBI life insurance, TCS, TSI, etc. Around 30% got opportunities for internship programs.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. There is a large field for sports activities and any event. There is a center ground for events and announcements. Classrooms are spacious but there is much heat during summer. Air-conditioners are not installed in any classroom but are available in labs.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. There are sessional exams every month to get prepare for the main semester exams. One month before semester exams there are PUT exams which help students to prepare and get good marks in exams. PUT exam pattern is like semester exams.
Other: Annual fest is good.

Other eligibility criteria
Candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent by the AIU or Intermediate or 2-year Pre-University exam conducted by a recognized Board/ University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.
Candidates must have passed class 12th/equivalent examination in 2023, 2024 or appearing in 2025.
