Good placements with supportive faculty and modern infrastructure.
Placements: For the CSR branch at Atria Institute of Technology (2023-24), around 84% of students were placed with the highest package at 23 LPA, the average at 9 LPA, and the lowest at 4 LPA. Top recruiters are Amazon, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Bosch, Dell, and IBM offering roles such as software developer, data and ML engineer.
Infrastructure: The CSR or CSD department of Atria Institute of Technology is well-equipped with Wi-Fi-enabled, digital labs, a central library, a seminar hall, and department-specific research labs. The hostel is decent, offering clean classrooms, and study areas. Food for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
Faculty: The faculty members in the CSE and CSD department are qualified, approachable, and supportive of guiding students. The curriculum follows the VTU syllabus, updated with electives in emerging technologies, making it industry-relevant and aligned with placements.

I'm partly satisfied with the faculty. Placement is good. Facilities are also good.
Placements: 90% of the students got placed from my college. 30 LPA is the highest package, 2.4 LPA is the lowest, and the 6 LPA-7 LPA is the average package. 98% of students got internships in our college, basically through the VTU portals. Computer science and IEE are the top roles offered by the college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is normal. Canteen and sports facilities are also up to the mark. Classrooms, library, and lab are also up to the mark. The library is big and also comfortable. Labs are also bus and comfortable. The classrooms, I would rate them 8/10. Hostel food is not up to the mark. Sometimes. Hostel quality, I would rate it 7/10.
Faculty: The teachers are good. As our college is VTU, the exam is difficult to pass, with a passing percentage is 70%. Teaching quality is good, it depends on the teacher you get. The course makes the students industry-ready. The teachers are qualified and the teaching quality is also good.
Other: I chose the Computer Science and Design course as it was not available in other colleges. It was there in the Atria Institute, which is in the middle of Bangalore.

2Placements3Infrastructure4Faculty1Crowd & Campus Life3Value for Money
A future-ready course with a strong foundation and growing industry relevance.
Placements: Approximately 80% of the eligible students from our course were successfully placed through campus recruitment, reflecting strong industry demand and institutional support. The highest salary package offered is 30LPA. Average salary package offered is 3-4 LPA. Lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Some of the leading recruiters that actively hire from our course include PhonePe, SAP, Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, etc. These companies span sectors such as IT services, product-based teaching firms, consulting, core engineering, and fintech. Around 60-70% of students secured internships during their pre-final year. Notable internship recruiters included startups and government projects, which also offered opportunities through demand, and offered roles were Data Analyst, Machine Learning Engineer (Junior), Software Development Engineer (SDE), Business Cloud Support Associate, Product Management Intern (in a few cases).
Infrastructure: The department and campus offer a balanced mix of academic rigour and co-curricular support. Making it a nurturing environment for students aiming to excel in both placements and personal development. In the hostel, there are well-maintained double/triple sharing rooms with basic furnishings, a bed, table, chair, wardrobe, and 24/7 water & electricity backup. Cleanliness & maintenance are good with regular housekeeping, RO water, and proper waste management systems in place. Mess & canteen has good food quality. Nutritious vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are served with a rotating menu. Clean and hygienic dining environment. Canteens and cafes on campus provide snacks, fast food, and beverages at student-friendly prices. Some campuses also have food courts with branded outlets.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Faculty in the CSE (Data Science) department are generally well-qualified. With most holding teaching quality above average to good, with a mix of theory and practical focus. Some faculty also bring industry exposure, which adds value to applied subjects like Machine Learning, Python, and Big Data. Curriculum is largely industry-relevant, covering both core CS subjects (DSA, DBMS, OS, can) and specialized topics like Machine Learning, Data Mining, Big Data Technologies, Python/R Programming, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence. Good faculty support, most professors are knowledgeable and approachable, especially for students who are curious and take initiative.
Other: I chose B.E. In Computer Science and Engineering (with a specialisation in Data Science), because of my strong interest in problem-solving, logical thinking, and the transformative role that data plays in decision-making across industries. Data Science blends programming, statistics, and real-world applications, which makes it a future-proof and exciting specialisation for me. It also opens diverse career opportunities. From software development to data analytics, AI, and research. Best things about my course balanced curriculum are that it covers core CS subjects (like DSA, DBMS, OS) along with specialized topics like Machine Learning, AI, Big Data, and Cloud Computing. Hands-on Learning with frequent lab sessions, project-based assignments, and exposure to tools like Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, and TensorFlow. Industry-relevant course aligns well with job roles in tech, data Science, fintech, and AI startups. More industry exposure, including regular guest lectures by industry professionals, live projects, and real-time case studies, would make learning more applied. Some tools and syllabi could be updated faster to match current industry trends (e.g., MLOps, GenAI tools, cloud platforms like AWS/GCP). Although internships are encouraged, formal pipelines for corporate internships (with mentorship) can be strengthened.

Good placements and supportive faculty.
Placements: 80% of students are placed with packages ranging from 2.4 LPA to 15 LPA. In 2024, offers went up to 30 LPA, with top recruiters including Amazon, IBM, Infosys, and Wipro. They even start placement training from the 5th sem. The recruiters include PhonePay, Amazon, Infosys, and Wipro.
Infrastructure: Well equipped with modern facilities, labs, and classrooms to support learning and research. The CSE department has Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, well-equipped resources, and a seminar hall. There is a good library with e-resources, seminar halls, and support for learning.
Faculty: The teachers in CSE department are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable, with good teaching quality. The semester exams are moderately difficult as we will be having 3 internal exams each semester, both for lab and theory, and they take an average of any 2.
Other: I chose CSE for my interest in programing and career opportunities.

Atria College is the best.
Placements: About half of the students who have attended college campus interviews have almost got their placements in good companies. Their salary packages are also top-notch. The companies coming for campus interviews are also very good like Amazon, Tata, IBM, Concentric, and many more.
Infrastructure: Electronics and communication engineering and also electronics and computer science engineering have both good labs and classrooms. Hostels are available for both boys and girls. It has good facilities.
Faculty: Electronics and communication engineering department professors are more experienced. They are very good at teaching. Learning with them has helped us a lot. Lectures are also practical experience-based. Hands-on activity and workshops are also conducted regularly.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the faculty and infrastructure.
Placements: The highest package in our college is 30 LPA in Amazon, 23 LPA in PhonePe for 3 students of CSE and MBA branches, 23 LPA for the MECH branch, and the average is 6 LPA. Not sure about the average though; I will be passing out in the year 2028. You will have 2 internal and one semester-end exams .
Infrastructure: Hostel is fine You may have some trouble starting, but then it all settles. They provide Wi-Fi only for hostel students, not for day scholars the campus is not that big and the infrastructure is good only on top floors of the college that are for MBA students, not for the below ones.
Faculty: The teachers are good for 1 credit subject, and for 4 credit subjects only the math faculty is good for CSE and other subject faculty are the worst, but for this branch the teachers are great, and also for other branches only AIML and CSE is bad. One of the mechanical teachers is a NIT Karnataka graduate.
