Good placement and facilities. Hostels are not good but expect this everything is good.

Placements: To get a seat in this college, students need to score at least 85%. In the second year of high school, the highest salary package is 3.2 LPA. The lowest salary package is 1.5 LPA. According to me, the top role from our college is Professor for English Honors.

Infrastructure: Facilities are very good and infrastructure is average. Our college has 20 departments and one big library, and Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the college. Hostels are not very good, but you can stay in PG, which is very good; every department has its own lab.

Faculty: Our college has A-grade accreditation from NAAC. Every teacher is highly qualified, and teaching is very good and supportive. Semester exams are not very difficult but yes, they were hard. Passing percentage is 90% in our college but every year, 98% of students pass.

Other: Many events are held in our college every week.

Great college with large campus. Value for money.

Placements: I have not yet passed out. As for the last year, the placements were quite good. 70% of the students got placed under good companies. The highest package was 25LPA and the lowest was 9 LPA. One of my senior friend got a package of 16LPA and I am happy for him.

Infrastructure: The facilities provided in the course are good. The classrooms are large with fans all around which kept the classroom cool and it also has a Wi-Fi. As for the college canteen, the foods are really cheap and delicious and I usually have my lunch in the canteen. There are also alot of sports event held in the college and I love to take part in those events.

Faculty: The faculty members of the college are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I understand everything they teach and also help me alot whenever I face any problem in my studies. There are alot of teachers and they are very friendly and I love to talk with them.

Placements: More than 80% of students get placed in my course. Placement opportunities at B Borooah College are modest. Departments like BBA have facilitated placements. Overall, the college is academically inclined than industry-focused. Some departments, like Chemistry, have facilitated placements with a package of 4 LPA. Many students also pursue higher studies, such as post-graduation. Approximately 70-80% of students secure internships.

Infrastructure: It is situated in central Guwahati. The college boasts a compact yet vibrant campus. Facilities include well-equipped laboratories, a library housing nearly 50,000 books, a gymnasium, and a multipurpose auditorium. The boys' hostel accommodates over 120 students. The quality of food in the hostel is good. The mess and canteen are also very good. The college has a Nehru field near the college where students can play sports and games. The college has smart classrooms with projectors.

Faculty: Faculty members are described as knowledgeable and supportive. Departments like history, chemistry, and mathematics receive particular commendations for their curriculum and teaching methods. For traditional courses like B.A. and B.Sc., the curriculum is theoretical and academically focused. Semester exams are moderately difficult. Students who attend classes regularly and stay consistent with their studies usually find the theme manageable. The college maintains a relatively high pass percentage and often above 75-85%, depending on departments.

Other: I chose this course because I want to complete my B.Sc. degree and apply for government jobs. The best thing about my course is that I have a Zoology subject, and I love this subject. I wish there were more emphasis on hands-on learning, such as lab sessions or workshops. It should provide more structured career guidance or mentorship, which would be helpful. The campus hosts vibrant events and fests that bring students together from all backgrounds, making it a culturally rich experience. The campus crowd is generally diverse and friendly. Connectivity to the campus is decent.
