The review of B.N.M Institute of Technology.
Placements: The campus has good placements. Nearly 100 companies come to the campus, and the college helps students with off-campus placements too. Above 70% of the students get placed through the campus selection. The highest salary was 16 LPA, and the lowest was 2.75 lacs PA. All big companies like Accenture, Infosys, Mindtree, Bosch etc. visit the campus. The campus does provide internship to the students. The placement cell is very useful and thy help students whenever you need them.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The labs are well equipped, and the libraries are good where one can find any book. The college organises some sporting events and extracurricular activities. The classrooms are well ventilated and spacious. The food quality is good, and the canteen offers variety for North Indian food as well.
Faculty: All the teachers are well-qualified, knowledgeable and always available if you need them even after college hours. The teachers provide notes and slides for better understanding. They organise at least 1 industrial visit per semester. The student to faculty ratio is somewhere around 7:1
The quality of teaching is very good, and the teachers help you and promote you to do projects every semester. I feel that the course curriculum was useful.

- Read moreCandidates who have passed B.E. / B.Tech. Examination of VTU or B.E. / B.Tech. of any other recognized University, recognized by this University as equivalent thereto or any other examination recognized by this University as equivalent thereto and have passed the prescribed qualifying examination with not less than above-mentioned marks in the aggregate, in the examinations of the semesters considered for the declaration of class/grade. However, a relaxation to the extent of 10% shall be allowed for candidates belonging to SC/ST and any other category as notified by the Government of Karnataka from time to time.
Other eligibility criteria
Teaching / Research Staff / Teaching Assistants, working in any Engg College and Polytechnic Institutions recognized by AICTE either in the State of Karnataka or outside, who have passed B.E / B.Tech. Examination and put in a minimum of one year of teaching experience in Engg Colleges / Research Organizations and sponsored by the respective Institutions / DTE in case of aided institutions.
Employees of the State Govt/Central Govt/Quasi Govt Organizations/Public Sector Industries/Reputed Private Industries, who have passed B.E./B.Tech. Examination and put in a minimum of one year of working experience and are sponsored by the concerned Organizations.
Awardees of research fellowship by nationally recognized bodies like CSIR etc., provided they have B.E. / B.Tech. Examination and put in a minimum of one year of working experience are also eligible to apply.
