Additionaly, candidates are also required to complete the basic eligiblity i.e. pass Class 12 for UG courses and pass graduation degree for PG courses before applying for admission. After all the procedure, candidates are required to apply to the official website of the college and fill out the admission form.

B.P. Poddar Institute of Management and Technology offers only UG courses in the stream of Management and Computer Applications. These are BBA, BBA in Business Analytics and BCA. All of these courses are offered in affiliation with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. Admission to these courses is done through a similar selection process via MAKAUT CET.
