BCIPS College, Dwarka : The positives and negatives about the college.

Placements: About 40%-50% of students got placed in the companies and some options for higher studies. The placements are average. On average the package offered to the students is about 2 LPA-5 LPA for BBA and 3 LPA-7 LPA for MBA. But I would suggest that the high-paying roles are limited and however students have to rely on the off-campus placements. Also, I would suggest the best way is off-campus placements, and do not expect much from the college placements. The fields in the MBA are HR, finance, and marketing.

Infrastructure: The college has a decent campus with decent facilities. The college is quite small and it only has a basketball ground. The college does not provide hostel facilities. The labs are well-equipped with computers and there are 2 computer labs each has a seating of 60 students. But one lab is almost closed all the time. Classrooms are clean library has books only some of them are the latest. Canteen is used by external people and some of the time canteen is closed due to the non-availability of the canteen people.

Faculty: Some teachers here are highly qualified. However, the teaching style is theory and they lack practical exposure. But I must say teachers are highly supportive and approachable. Course curriculum studied here is designed by the guru GGSIPU and the college follows the curriculum. Attendance here is strictly monitored and you have to fulfill the criteria of completing the 75% attendance and also for the internals. The course curriculum designed by the GGSIPU focuses on the theoretical approach and this approach does not make the student industry-ready. But the college sometimes conducts additional workshops.

Other: The campus is near to the Dwarka Sector 11 metro station and there is a 100 m walk to reach the college. The college conducts the events but in the name of events college only conducts seminars, workshops, plantation drives, blood donation camps, and health camps. There are many clubs and cells in the college such as eco club, ed cell, social club, cultural club, etc. The things that can be improved are the fests, events, management, and extracurricular activities are average, and most all the time the events got postponed. Also, I would say the college is average if anyone has a better option than choosing only that one.

Very good college having a friendly faculty.

Placements: Placements team in our college is pretty good and supportive. They help us a lot. Many good companies come in our college and pick students for placements. Our college also provides many internship opportunities. The highest package of our college is around 18 LPA.

Infrastructure: The library in our college is pretty good. The entire college is fully air conditioned including the classrooms, library, basement halls and computer labs. However, the canteen is not up to the mark but does it’s job pretty well, the food is hygienic and pretty tasty. There is a hostel near the college premises. Sports events are also organized..

Faculty: The main plus point of this institution is the faculty. The faculty is very friendly and feels like family. They help us in all the aspects of life, be it personal or professional. Counsellors are also available for personal issues. The entire faculty is well educated. The semester exams are of good level to judge your hold on the subjects.

Other: Everything is up to the mark in this college, except the campus’ size which is small but don't judge too quickly. Size of the classrooms, labs and other areas is very good and spacious.

Our college is very good.

Placements: Around 50-60% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 3.8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Bajaj Allianz, TCS, and Kotak Life Insurance. Almost 50% of students got internships from our college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides us with all facilities. They provide sports facilities. We have sports faculty members. They are good and helpful. They teach us many things like how to manage a team and become a good team leader.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. They help you in every situation. They give the best guidance so that students can do their best. It is the best course for students to grow their skills and adapt many things from management. Semester exams are not much difficult. Exams depend on your preparation.

Other: I opted for this course because it provides the best opportunities to gain management skills and growth.

Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Professional Studies is a good college.

Placements: Some of the top recruiting companies are Deloitte, CBRE, Amazon, Khimji Ramdas, Asian Paints, ITC, Nestle, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, etc. Placements are excellent. Almost all our seniors are placed in good and reputed organisations like Amazon, Deloitte, CBRE, HDFC AMC, ICICI, Khimji Ramdas, etc.

Infrastructure: All the facilities are provided. The canteen facilities and hostel facilities are good. The canteen of the college offers good food at reasonable prices. The college is also equipped with basic gym facilities and medical facilities. The infrastructure of our college is good for study with all modern facilities like conference rooms, a Wi-Fi campus, and a library with all good books related to the curriculum.

Faculty: The quality of teaching is good. Teachers are always eager to help. They solve our doubts. They guide us in every aspect, especially in project work. They explain how to prepare a report on a project and how to publish a paper. They are the best.

Other: The overall experience at the college was great.

One can take admission if they just want to focus on studies. There is no college life.

Placements: Companies come for internships. The companies were not well known. Most of the students opted for higher studies, so the placement is not the maximum for the course. The internship opportunities were not that great, but satisfactory. Almost all the students got internships from our college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not that good. The college is really small. The library and the lab are fine. There are enough books and systems. The canteen is also small. There is a badminton court and a basketball court in the same area.

Faculty: Faculty members are great. They have knowledge of their subject. They are very cooperative. They are understanding and don't scold us unnecessarily. There are two sets of exams. One is internal and the others are external, and then we also have assignments to do. The subjects are also informative.

Other: The college didn't have any events as such. It has events that the main university has conducted.

The college has great faculty, and the college is really good for academics.

Placements: The placements for my batch were not very great due to the pandemic. The college manages to place around 70% of students. Till the completion of process, many job postings were shared by the placement cell, so everybody could get a chance. The top package offered was around 7 LPA, and the minimum package was 2.5 LPA.

Infrastructure: Though the campus is small, the college provides all the basic amenities. It has AC and ventilated classes, 2 computer labs, a good library, a functioning canteen, several rooms for different clubs, and free Wi-Fi. The college doesn't have its own hostel, but it provides you with nearby contacts.

Faculty: All the faculty are highly educated and dedicated to their work. Everyone is highly knowledgeable and really eager to share it with students. They not only see teaching as their duty but they really care about our academics and the overall growth of every student.

Other: BBA is a highly favorable course and really apt if someone's main focus is management.

It is an AICTE approved college and very supportive of studies.

Placements: Every year many students were placed in BBA courses from this college. Recruiting companies were Byju's and other IT companies. Around 80% of students got internships in different IT companies. Time management and other managerial activity were offered in BBA.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for students were good, especially the facilities were down to earth. The other facilities like food, sports, and medical facilities were available in good quality, and the teachers were very polite and motivate students to play sports in nationals.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, knowledgeable, and have years of experience. They always teach in a good manner and motivate students to gain knowledge. The 1st semester of BBA and the 2nd semester were hard as compared to the rest semester. Minimum percentage required for clearing the exam was 40%.

Other: I opted for BB course, because of my interest in management courses, and the best thing about our course is the time and value of things and how to manage them, I wish students could have a large or better campus.

The college has good facilities and faculty.

Placements: 30-45% of students were placed in my course. The highest package offered is 10 LPA, the lowest package is 2.5 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA in my course. 40 to 50% of students got internships from my course. Companies like Oyo, IBM, Muthoot Finance, Industrial Bank, etc., came here.

Infrastructure: Good Wi-Fi connection is available. 3 to 4 computer labs and a good library are available with all the course-related books and some extra books for research work. The classrooms are big and good with comfortable seats. The college canteen is good and economical. Sports like football, cricket, badminton, and volleyball are available.

Faculty: The teachers are good and well qualified. They are very helpful. They guided us even in the time of Covid-19. The teachers help us with our doubts by taking live classes in college, following all Covid protocols. It does make students industry-ready. Exams are difficult, but if you studied properly, then it's not difficult.

Other: I chose this course because I like business subject.
