Review of Bansal Group of Institutes.
Placements: I did B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. Bansal's placement policies were great. In the previous year, many companies came here, and many of my friends were placed in good positions. I got a salary package of 7.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college had many beautiful labs. There was a library for each branch. Our college had 3 or 4 canteens and 4 playgrounds.
Faculty: There were many courses like B.Tech., M.Tech., pharmacy, nursing, and law. The college provided the best academics in every field, but mostly B.Tech. and pharmacy. Teachers were well-educated and experienced. They helped us to solve many problems related to assignments, projects, and others.
Other: Our college celebrates an annual function known as Bansal Utsav. During this fest, they conduct many sports, games, and other competitions, like dance. They invite many celebrities. Recently, our college invited Farhan Akhtar.

Review of Bansal Group of Institutes.
Placements: Currently, I am in the final year. Only two companies have visited the campus yet, and we are hoping that many companies like L&T, Punj, Tata, DLF, etc., visit the campus. Placements were not much good, in the previous year. Only 40% of our seniors got placed in the companies. The average package offered was 1 LPA to 3 LPA. There is no internship programme or a department to help us in getting internships, particularly in Bhopal, except for computer science students.
Infrastructure: Our college has all the basic facilities like Wi-Fi and separate labs for all subjects according to the departments. The library is pretty awesome. Medical facilities are available. A medical discount is provided to the students in our college hospital. We do have a sports centre and a playground, but sports are not organised by the college. It is conducted when our university forces the college to organise a sports event. Our college has hostels for both boys and girls on the campus. Our college has a very good and decent canteen that provides pretty good food options to eat.
Faculty: All the teachers are M.Tech qualified, and most of them are PhD holders. They conduct classes on Sunday, which I hate the most. The student-faculty ratio is good actually. There are about 2 to 4 teachers for a particular subject. A HOD, TG and a student counsellor are available. We do get industrial visits, site check and practical knowledge.

Not satisfied because our college fails to provide good teaching staff.
Placements: Our college has fewer placement records. Only marketing companies visit our college for placements with low packages. Our college is not suitable for CS and IT branches. The placement cell is not that flexible. Here, marketing companies visit and offer the role of an executive or to be in a call centre. Placement percentage on the campus is low, and the students are not that satisfied by the placement cell. So, a huge amount of students never want to attend the campus placements as proposed by placement cell.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not that flexible. Sports and other functions are only for a moment of fun. There was no help from the institute. Canteen is available in the college. Hostel facilities are offered only for 1st-year students. Critical medical things needed are available at a far distance. We have bus facilities. There is no Wi-Fi facility in our college. There is no library in our college, but books can be availed only for hiring and return. No other books are available in the college.
Faculty: The faculty members in our college are not that experienced and not that knowledgeable. A large number of faculty members have only a bachelor's degree. We have a low student-faculty ratio which is not appropriate. Their teaching quality is low. There is no industrial exposure from the institute.
Other: The college is situated far away from the city. Events and fests happen in our college. Scholarships are also offered to students. We have low extracurricular activities.

The college atmosphere is satisfying, but teachers are not good at the college.
Placements: The placements of my college are not satisfying because A grade companies are not coming to hire the students. The core companies like Tata, Wipro and Infosys also do not come for placements. The companies that come do not give sufficient package as the rate of student performance is low. So it's hard to tell. My college is not providing placements right now.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and environment of the college are good, but the environment between students and teachers is not good. The staff tell us not to attend the technical season in the colleges and instead attend the college all the time. Students are totally depressed due to the management's attendance policy. In spite of being given the perfect faculty to clear our doubts, we did not perform the practicals in college. It is a dark phase of engineering. We are requesting for a peaceful and perfect management team.
Faculty: Few teachers are knowledgeable, but most of the teachers do not have the experience of how to teach an engineering student. The only thing they do is complete the course officially but not actually. It is very painful to say that the faculty do not give satisfying answers to any questions asked related to the topic.
Other: Bansalotsav, national service scheme, technocrat, Udaan are conducted. The college also gives scholarships to ST and SC students. The college helps to build and design new projects and organise new workshops.

Overall a good college where I could developed myself to be a good engineer.
Placements: As I was a civil engineering student companies that came for camps selection were relatively low, then also 3 core companies came and 4-5 students were selected. For branches like computer Science and IT there were numorous companies and ample opportunities.
Infrastructure: Practical labs are very good here I can say best in Bhopal in the case of civil engineering. And its not behind in other branches also, sports and games are important part of the building the personality of a student which is thoroughly maintained here our college conducted football and cricket matches every year in which other colleges took part. Techfests were also conducted along with annual day celebration, classrooms are huge and comfortable with amole lighting.
Faculty: Faculty members are great and helping by nature. The selection process is very tough for professors, only highly qualified and talented persons are choose. We went to industrial visit many times and construction sites, and ready mix concrete site. Once we went to a dam to see the construction. Teaching methods used are very easy and friendly. Student-faculty is enough to handle 120 students of each branch.
Other: Surroundings is Serene and quite no hassle, every year techfest were conducted, annual fest were also conducted in which extra curricular activities happened like talent show cultural events etc.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:   Is there enough demand for BTech graduates in the job market?
ShikshaGPT says
A:

If we look at the market demand, no doubt there is huge demand for BTech (Full Form: Bachelor of Technology) graduates among top recruiters who are constantly looking for skilled and knowledgeable students with fresh ideas to enhance their business growth and profitability.

Having said that, a few previous-year employment reports published by the Business Standard and Times of India suggest that students found it a struggle to land a high-paying job after completing BTech because of a lack of industry-specific skills and knowledge and cut-throat competition between Lacs of engineering students hunting for a job.

Hence, it is very important for students to focus on enhancing their skill set according to industrial demands and technological advancements, stay updated regarding all industry trends, build good networks and, most importantly, take up internships to gain experience and stand out in front of the employer.
