Absolutely love the campus.
Placements: 100% of students got placed out of 120 students. The highest salary is 20 LPA. The lowest salary is 10 LPA. The median salary is 12 LPA. Top recruiters are Asian Paints, Godrej, Infosys, CRISIL, Accenture, Century Ply, start-ups also offering good placements, etc. Roles offered mostly are AM, RM, data analytics, sales and marketing, SCM, etc.
Infrastructure: Clean, homely vibes, good water, food Wi-Fi connectivity, and mess committee are doing wonders here. The quality of food is nice compared to other colleges. Classrooms are well infrastructure and have 12 bloomberg terminals with well-known experienced faculty members.
Faculty: Teachers are well experienced and knowledgeable. Curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Pass percentage is 50%. Exams are a little bit difficult. Faculty members are really very helpful along with 1:1 personalized buddy mentorship program.
Other: Cultural committee and sports committee conduct all the best events.

All facilities are good here except for placements.
Placements: BIM would promote themselves using placements, which they currently are not capable of and after we join the institute, they would tell us that there are no placement agencies. Many students left the institute without any offers. BIM would promote saying they have good placements and after we join, they would say we are not a placement agency to get us all placed. They would say that if we do not get placed it is not going to affect us, and we did not seek placements through the institute. Many companies with a package of less than 6 LPA are brought for the placements. Most companies come only to add it to their brochure, and these companies would just collect the resume and leave. Only 4 finance companies came and only 6 students got placed in the finance domain. The promotional page contains recruiters from 10 years ago. The list of recruiters includes RBI, which they sent the link to apply for the RBI exam and NaBFID. Organsition. Institution feels that their reputation would be lost if they ask help from alumni, so many students left the institute jobless. The unplaced students are threatened not to ask alumni for help.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good.
Faculty: Professors are not happy with the institute. There are a lot of internal politics going on. They would redirect recruiters to other colleges. There is no proper understanding between faculty members, if anyone other than the placements chairman brings some companies, then the placements chairman would not allow the company and in the end, students get affected. They won't conduct exams properly and results will be delayed. Exams for some subjects we study in the current trimester are conducted only in the next trimester.
Other: Placements chairman threatened to resign from the post due to internal politics during my tenure there. All the students are left hopeless. If we take the list of people who continue in the same job after 6 months it is very less, because most of the companies coming are for sales which is hectic. We studied analytics, operations, supply chain management, and Finance courses and ended up as salespeople.

This college provides a big platform to learn.
Placements: The placement rate is 95%. The most common package is 36 LPA, with a minimum of 10 LPA and a maximum of 18 LPA. Deshaw, Amazon, google , Infosys. eBay, Play Games and Mastercard are the major companies. The groups in question are data scientist, data engineer, analyst, business owner, consultant and analytics consultant. Approximately 90% of students received internships in key leadership, leadership and support roles.
Infrastructure: The college offers many facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. The laboratories are also neat and tidy. The classrooms are very spacious and can comfortably accommodate every student. The library is also very large, with all sorts of books. My hostel has a variety of good food. The food is all very good in the mix and the food is prepared cleanly. Sports and games are also held in the college. The college offers various games and sports like cricket, badminton, indoor and outdoor games.
Faculty: All the teachers are really knowledgeable and helpful. Teachers also use a teaching assistant for the exam. The curriculum is appropriate for students to prepare them for the workplace. The course includes not only business courses, but also HR, entrepreneurship and business education, where all students have access to a comprehensive education. The course curriculum is relevant and the dynamic is inline with industry requirements.

The faculty of BIM is not only experienced but also uses modern technology.
Placements: The college has decent placement, with around 90 percent of students getting placed every year. The companies that visit the campus are Infosys, Ernst and Young, Cognizant, HDFC Bank, HDFC Life, Zoho, ThoughtWorks, TAFE, Tech Mahindra, Vedanta, and a few more. The internship happens through companies visiting the campus and conducting interviews for the students. The average stipend is INR 25,000. The prominent companies for the internship are EY, HUL, TAFE, Asian Paints, 100Plus, Vdart, Vedanta, and a few more.
Infrastructure: It is allotted automatically before the academic session begins, and the rooms allotted are fixed for 2 years. It is an old BHEL quarter, with each 2 BHK quarter housing 4 students. There is a parking facility available, and the distance between the hostel and the main campus is around 1 km.
Faculty: There are 6 trimesters: 3 in the first year and 3 in the second year. On average, there are around 8 subjects in each trimester, with a mix of 3-credit, 2-credit, and 1-credit papers. In the second year, students can choose their own electives based on their specialization, like HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Systems, or General Management. Sixty percent weightage is given to internal assessment while 40% is given to the end-term exam, which is conducted out of 100. Internal assessment has various components like mid-term exams out of 50, attendance, class participation, etc.

College reviews by students .
Placements: Above 80% of students placed in our course The highest package is INR 25000, and INR 15000 is the lowest offered in our college. Above 85% of students got internships from our course and at the top companies. There are three roles offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Many other facilities and infrastructure for our department. For example: (1) Lab: so much advanced equipment (2) Classrooms are peaceful and relaxable places, and wi-fi connections are available in the department. (3) Library: All books are available in our department library. There are so many facilities in my hostel. Good and healthy foods are available in our college canteen. Medical services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Students relationships and extracurricular time are spent on sports and games.
Faculty: The teaching quality is excellent. Our teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable guides. The same-day exams are so difficult. There are so many problems based on the same exams for students. The passing percentage is above 40%. The syllabus for students in our course is easy to learn.
Other: I like it, and it is my dream, so I chose this course. More than learning about future facilities. Learn more than just the knowledge of my course. My college's annual festival is entertaining in general. Sports and games are extracurricular activities.

Best place to discover oneself personally and professionally.
Placements: Almost 97% of the batch would be placed with the median package of around 9LPA with companies like HUL, Asian paints, Godrej, EY, Citi, etc. Visiting the campus. 100% of the batch would be getting internships with the median stipend of around 15k The job offers would vary across finance, sales, systems, HR and operations.
Infrastructure: The hostels are BHEL quarters and can't expect a modern living in it. All other facilities are good, right from playgrounds to Wi-Fi. Food menu is managed by students of the mess committee and it totally depends on the interested of the students. The mess staff are very considerate in all aspects.
Faculty: The course curriculum is almost accepted by all top companies around the globe and the faculty members are experts in the field. Apart from technical subjects training are focused on communications and leadership skills by conducting workshops and lab sessions to improve one's leadership skills.
Other: The best place to nurture our personal skills and with all the sporting and cultural events hostel life would be something all BIMites would definitely miss. With a alumni base of 3000+ there is constant support from all seniors in whatever company we join.
