It's with immense joy that we share a landmark achievement for BIITM!
Mr Subham Santosh Sahoo was honoured with the prestigious Gold Medal for his extraordinary performance in the MBA (Integrated) program. His Excellency Shri Hari Babu Kambhampati, Governor, Odisha & Chancellor, Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) presented the award at the 12th BPUT Convocation.
The students of BIITM performed exceptionally well in the rankings. Congratulations are in order for Ms Swetalina Mishra who has been declared as the topper of the MBA course. The other distinguished performers were Mr Manas Kumar Behera, ranked 2nd and Mr Biswajit Lenka ranked 4th.

BIITM Successfully Hosted its 2nd Graduation Day Ceremony
BIITM hosted its second Graduation Day Ceremony. It presented degrees to the graduating batches of MBA (2023 - 25) and Integrated MBA (2020 - 25).
The ceremony was graced by Prof. (Dr) Amiya Kumar Rath, Honourable Vice Chancellor, BPUT, as the Chief Guest. He congratulated the graduates and commended BIITM for excelling in academics and placements.
He stated that true education brings humility. It is the foundation of progress. Uphold professionalism, accountability, and commitment to duty.
The event started with a welcome address by Prof. (Dr) Mihir Ranjan Nayak, Principal, BIITM. He motivated the graduates with his visionary leadership and value-based learning philosophy.
Mr Ayaskanta Mohanty, Founder & Managing Director, TATWA Technologies Ltd. and President, TiE Bhubaneswar, delivered the Graduation Day Address. He offered some useful tips for the graduates as they step into their careers.

Our brilliant students were unrecognisable and the stage was electric! They transformed themselves into some iconic characters from movies, series, plays, and mythology. They delivered some stunning performances.

Placements: The top company visits our college to offer internships and placements. The best part is that a student who graduates from this college will gain a lot of practical exposure, which enhances their future placement opportunities. The placements in our college are very good compared to other courses.
Placements: Almost 95% of our batch students are placed in MBA. The highest package for 2023-25 is 16 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 4.5 LPA. The top recruiters are Asian Paints, Federal Bank, Flipkart, Axis Bank, Mayfair Hotel and Resort, etc. Everyone gets an internship in our batch with different companies like ABFRL Pantaloons, Indian Overseas Bank, DCB Bank, Motilal Oswal, Max Fashion, Zerodha, Swiggy, etc.
Placements: Many companies with marketing roles came to our college, and many other good companies are coming. In the paint sector, Birla Opus, Asian paints, Berger Paints, and in the banking sector, ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, HDFC Bank, etc. Many companies are startups, and some are actually good companies.
Placements: Almost 60% of students got placed in our course. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 14 LPA. Flipkart, Aditiya Birla, Federal Bank, HDFC Bank, DCB Bank, Bluestone, Anapurna Finance, Global Data, and S&P Global are the top recruiting companies. Internships are also offered in companies like Flipkart, Pantaloons, etc. Manager, sales executive, etc., are the top roles offered in this course.
Placements: This college is giving the best opportunities for placements. Around 90% of students get placed each year and there is also a chance given to the rest students. The average salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA to 12 LPA. The top recruiting companies are ICICI Bank, Flipkart, Amazon, and some multinational companies recruit students each year. Students are given regular chances for internships in companies like Pantaloons, Central, Reliance, and other industries for the tour. The course offer...
Placements: I am doing an MBA, and I am from the 2020-2022 batch. At the time of placements, all teachers work hard for students placements. They give us special training sessions for an interview, how to make the CV attractive and how to communicate with the interviewers. Till now, 50 companies have visited the college for placements. There are a total of 240 students, and almost 170 students get placed. Still, companies are visiting the college.
