BIMTECH Admissions Process 2026
The admission to BIMTECH is a multi-stage procedure that has a number of stages like application, shortlisting and payment of fees. The institute conducts admission in the online manner. Since the admisison process is entrance based, ensure to score a valid point in the entrance examination and other selection rounds. The students would be able to join the programmes provided in the institute by satisfying the basic eligibility and the selection criteria. Find below the steps of the BIMTECH admission process:
1: BIMTECH Application.
Go to the official BIMTECH website and apply to the required programme by filling the application form (https://online.admissions.bimtech.ac.in). The application fee is INR 2,250. The form should be duly completed and the application fee paid by the student so as to submit the application form successfully.
2: Selection Process
Shortlisting will be done based on valid scores obtained by the students in a national-level entrance test called BIMTECH entrance test. Along with high marks achieved in the entrance examinations, take part in the personal interview, which will also be held by the institute. Step 3: Documents Verification
All certificates, mark sheets and degrees submitted by applicants for seeking admission to any program in BIMTECH will be sent for verification to the issuing authorities. Admission secured through fake or manipulated testimonials will be cancelled immediately, and no refund of any fee paid will be due.
Step 4: Confirmation of Admission.
After the institute has decided that the candidates are eligible, they will be notified of the information, and later the applicants will be required to submit additional papers to prove their eligibility (where necessary) and pay the BIMTECH course fee. Candidates have to pay INR 15,000 as seat-booking amount.

Candidates can apply for MBA course at BIMTECH if they have scored 65% in graduation. Aspirants must complete graduation with a minimum agggregate of 50% to apply for MBA. However, selection to the course is done on the basis of score obtained by the applicants in entrance tests plus PI and Extempore rounds conducted by the institue.
At BIMTECH, students can pursue the PGDM course across several specialisations such as International Relations, Retail Management, Insurance Business Management and more. Additionally, students are also offered a Fellow Programme in Management (FPM). Professionals who have a working experience of at least five years at a managerial or equivalent post can apply for the Executive Fellow Programme in Management. Please note in the event of an inappropriate break (without work experience) after your Graduation, you will be required to provide a justification during the selection process. Having work experience between Graduation and year of PGDM admission shall be treated as valid.

Additional weightage will also be given to candidates who have done Graduation from NIRF ranked (preceding year NIRF ranking) top 100 Colleges/ Universities/ Engineering Colleges.
However, management reserves the right to relax this particular norm on the merit of the case, if the candidate is from a start-up, entrepreneurial or social organization.
# For getting regional weightage, submission of valid proof of residence is must. The domicile certificate issued by a competent authority or copy of passport/Aadhar etc. can be submitted as an additional document. (Applicable only to the candidates coming from other than UP & NCR Region).
#For getting ESCS category weightage, relevant certificate issued by a competent authority for EWS/SC/ST/OBC/Minority Communities (Muslim/Sikh/Christian/Buddhist/Parsi/Jain) has to be submitted. Management reserves the right to make minor changes to address diversity on gender and social parameters.
