XAT 80-90 percentile colleges include XIM University, MICA, IMT Ghaziabad, IMI Delhi, TAPMI, KJ Somaiya, LIBA, GLIM, IRMA Anand, GIM Goa among others. All of these are ranked best among all, by MHRD in the NIRF rankings. So, don’t worry if your XAT score is between 80-90 percentile. If you have a great academic record and profile, you can easily get into any of these reputed B-Schools in India. XAT score is accepted by over 800 MBA colleges, so you have a good number of options with that score range.
The admission procedure of colleges accepting XAT 80-90 percentile include group discussion, written ability test, and personal interview. The academic eligibility criterion for MBA/PGDM courses at these XAT accepting institutes is graduation or equivalent degree with a minimum of 50 per cent in aggregate (45 percent for SC/ST/PwD candidates). The course fee for full-time MBA colleges accepting XAT score 80-90 percentile ranges from INR 15 lakh to 24 lakh. However, the first round selection is based on XAT cut offs. It might be difficult to get admission at XIME Kohchi with 88% in XAT. The institute accepts a 99.99% in XAT. However, these rules may change in the future; students are recommended to visit the Shiksha official page for the latest updates.
