Not a satisfying feeling here, there is something lacking.
Placements: Top roles offered are quality engineer, software engineer, and system administrator. Top recruiters are like TCS, Byju's, Mahindra, Physics Wallah, etc. Median salary is around 6 LPA, and the highest package yet is 64 LPA. Students get placed for further studies.
Infrastructure: Mess food quality is not as good in the mess, students go outside for the meal. The canteen has some items available like burgers, eggs, milk, Maggi, rolls, etc. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus with moderate speed and within a definite range.
Faculty: Semester exams are moderate to high level, so you have to give proper time to studying to achieve a passing percentage. Teachers are helpful and have teaching experience. Two class tests are conducted in one semester, which are added to the final results. The passing percentage is around 40-41 marks in the final overall 100.
Other: Events and fests like Span, fresher, ustav, etc., are held. Sports events are also conducted. Scholarship is given to eligible candidates.

If you have other options, go for them and don't come to BIET.
Placements: There's no good placement in our college, it's just that some students get placed, and most of them get placed in the sales department, while being from an engineering background. Students often have to go by themselves for good placements, and there's no internship offered by the college, but they too have to be approached by the student only.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not as good as you'd expect, and hostels are just meh. The college is spread over 210 acres, but there are just 15-20 buildings at max, and they too are not properly built and lack a lot of basic facilities. Also, there are a lot of buses and stuff in the college here and there.
Faculty: Faculty is a bit helpful, and they're most of the time qualified from this same college, but we get to learn a lot from them. The curriculum of the course is okayish, as the things that happen don't give us hands-on knowledge. Exams in this college are like thrice a semester, where two times are class tests and once the semester exam.
Other: This college is in my hometown, and being a girl, I didn't have many options either, so I went to this college, and also I wanted to go ahead and apply for government jobs, so I opted for civil engineering, and after coming here, I've realised that the fest and event culture is kind of meh too.

Here, some courses lack their department buildings and proper faculty.
Placements: Not a very high percent of students get placed here. But my batch is yet to get placed as I am a second-year student right now. The internships are not provided by the college, but many of our batch mates appear at some companies for internships, and they are not very well-known, but are okayish.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not up to expectations, as the area of the college is quite big, being 210 acres, but there are very few buildings here and there. As for hostels, there are a few hostels where 2 are for girls, and 7-8 are for boys, and they're not very good either.
Faculty: My branch is self-financed by the college, hence there's not much stuff going on in my course. There are a few things where our course lacks in this college, but the curriculum is kind of okayish. Exams are not very frequent, happening once a month and more like 3 exams per semester.
Other: I wanted to pursue electrical engineering as this course provides a variety of opportunities. In this college, I just hope for things to go well, but they haven't been going very well because of the lack of things provided, as our course is self-financed.

College has okayish academics, worse infrastructure, and even worse culture.
Placements: I am a civil engineering student, and I'm currently in my second year. We've not passed out yet, and hence we don't have any records on our placements or so, but some of our batchmates have done some sort of internships, but they were not provided by the institute, and we have to get them by ourselves in places like Parichha Power plant.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for my course is not much as there's just a single building for civil engineering, and there are a number of hostels in our college, where 2 are for girls, and 7-8 are for boys. The infrastructure is not up to par, and only the main buildings are there, some important buildings are yet to be built.
Faculty: Faculty in our course is kind of good, they're very helpful. The curriculum is not that great, but it is kind of okayish. Exams are not so frequent either, there are 3 exams in a semester, where 2 are class tests, and one is a semester exam. The pass percentage is 30% in practical and internals, and for total marks it's 40%.
Other: I opted for civil engineering because of the number of opportunities this course provides, from the government sector to the corporate sector. Also, being one of the most flexible courses in civil engineering, we get a lot of time where we can work on our skills or explore other opportunities. Events are not very frequent, there are just 3-4 events per semester, and the sports culture is not that good for either. But as for scholarship, 75% of the fees are backed by the UP government scholarship.

Moderate and decent package.
Placements: Most of the students get placed in companies. The highest package so far is 64 LPA. Last year, the highest package was around 15 LPA-17 LPA. The average package is around 3 LPA-5 LPA. Recruitment has some eligibility criteria, like CGPA and no back coding DSA in any coding language.
Infrastructure: There are 11 hostels. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus, named BIET, with good speed. One common library for all the year students. One common sports ground for sports like football, cricket, kabaddi, and volleyball. One building for indoor games is available.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful while maintaining attendance and supportive of scholarship and studies, too. They have teaching experience and have a Ph.D., and some are guest faculty. Semester exam and class test are conducted for the evaluation of the subject. 41 out of 100 is a passing mark.
Other: Scholarships are given to all eligible students. Fests are conducted regularly.
