Do not take admission in this college unless you have a necessity.

Faculty: You will get qualified teachers here, but they don't take interest in teaching. Most of the teachers just focus on syllabus-completion and not on making students industry-ready. Only the Applied Science Department teachers are serious about their classes. The others just care for the students attendance to be above 75%, which becomes a really a great hurdle in studies of the students. We don't gain any knowledge by attending the classes, we still have to complete the attendance and have to study...

Good for middle-class students as it feels affordable.

Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and experienced, and have qualified exams. Semester exams are conducted every 3 months, and regular class tests are held once a month. Passing these semester and class tests is easy with a few hours of study. Almost all students pass, though some may get back papers.

Best for competitive exams.

Faculty: All branches have skilled and experienced faculty. Regular semester exams are held every 3 months. As BIET is an autonomous college, it conducts its exams before AKTU and on time without any delay. Passing these exams is not hard, one night of study before the exam is enough to pass, and for scoring more marks, you should focus on class notes.

Average teaching, low fees and good placement result in high ROI, best for government exam aspirant

Faculty: College offers a well-structured and industry-relevant curriculum. While some professors are knowledgeable and effective, others, particularly temporary faculty, may not meet the same standard. Overall, the teaching quality is average. Being an autonomous institution, the college conducts exams and declares results on time, ensuring a smooth academic schedule. Semester exams are relatively easy, with many questions drawn from previous years' papers, allowing most students to pass with a few week...

It is the best college for higher studies and competition exam preparation.

Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and experienced. Some teachers are very irritating and frustrated. Some of them help students with their higher competition exams like GATE, UPSC ESE, etc. There are 2 semester exams in a year. In around 2 months, there is a class test. Exams are not hard enough, and we will pass them easily while learning the night before our exams.

It is good for preparing for higher competitions.

Faculty: Faculty members are very experienced and have good knowledge. All are qualified and possess special expertise in their particular subjects. The semester exams are held every three months, with class tests every month. The semester exams are easy enough to pass with class notes and YouTube one-shots.

Dissatisfied due to the facilities and decent campus life.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The relevance of the course is quite high and provides some industrial training. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty, 40% is the passing percentage, including internal plus external.

I am satisfied with my college. It has a 245-acre campus, good infrastructure, and friendly campus.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but not all. Some teachers, like PKS Sir, are really helpful. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready by organizing workshops and training programs. Semester exams are very easy. You just need three or four years of PYQs to excel. Most students pass, except in a few subjects like Mathematics and Physics.

I'm satisfied with my college.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. You can learn many things from them. There are many clubs in the college that you can join to improve your skills. Coding culture is also good. Classes are conducted regularly. Sports culture is also good. Seniors are very supportive.

BIET Jhansi is a good tier 3 government college.

Faculty: Most teachers are government employees with limited industrial knowledge, so they are not very aware of new technologies. You have to gain skills by yourself. The curriculum is outdated. Since this is an autonomous college, exams are not very hard. It is easy to score good grades in semester exams.

A BIET student’s honest review.

Faculty: Faculty members are helpful, but you cannot totally rely on them; you have to prepare for exams yourself, and totally do not rely on faculty. Faculty members are Ph.D. holders and well-qualified but do not teach at that level. All faculty members are focusing on students.

It is good for higher exam preparation. It has moderate placements, low fees, and scholarships.

Faculty: Teachers are of a helping nature. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Semester exams are hard and easy enough if we attend our classes and listen to the teacher. The passing marks are 41 out of 100.

Good sports facilities and placements in 2021.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, but in the end, we have to do studies on our own. It is not a new thing, everyone does. The course curriculum is managed by AKTU. It does not make us industry-ready. Semesters are easy to pass. We can score good grades by studying for 2-3 days.

Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and very respected here. They have good core knowledge in their field, and they also treat students with a very good nature. The course curriculum is good and makes it a good engineer, but most students go for higher studies. Students mostly pass with a percentage of 90.

A decent college with good college life.

Placements: The placement is average in this college. Overall in 2024, a total of 50-plus companies visited with over 258 offers. The average package was from 5 to 6 LPA for all branches while the highest package in the year 2024 was in the ECE branch with 17 Lacs. Here core companies also come and give a decent package of 5-6 LPA. Some of the major companies are Airtel, Physics Wallah, TCS, Wipro, Prolit, and many more. Also, some top offered courses are associate software engineer, software engineer, full...
