It is not a good college for engineering, but it is a good polytechnic.
Placements: There are no campus drives. The polytechnic students are getting some placements in Chennai and Bangalore. For B.Tech students, there are no drives because of Corona.
Infrastructure: The library is okay but not very updated. The books in the library are old. The labs are not good. The equipment is available, but only some of it is operational. There is no Wi-Fi facility. The canteen is not good, and the food served is below average.
Faculty: The teachers here are good. Some have good knowledge of other subjects. Some teachers have a very good experience. A few teachers are freshers, like recent pass-outs from other colleges, and have joined this college for teaching and staffing. Some faculty members are very good at teaching.

Our college is good to improve our technical skills.
Placements: Students who have scored 60% of marks in their academics are choosing our civil engineering course. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. However, jobs may not secure. More than 40% of the students got an internship from our course.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for our coarse like labs, classrooms and library are average. Facilities in our college are good. Canteen provided in our college was good. We are encouraged in sports like volleyball, cricket and kabaddi.
Faculty: Teachers here are highly qualified, help us to improve our technical skills and helps us to get more knowledge. All the courses curriculum are relevant and make students industry-ready. All the teachers have completed their M.Tech graduation, and it helps us to get more knowledge.
Other: I am interested in the construction field, so I have chosen civil engineering course.

It is not a good college, but it is average.
Placements: It is an average college. It is useful for jobholders.
Infrastructure: There are many classrooms and labs for practicals. They provide the best at practicals. It is near to bus stand and railway station. It is not good, but a normal college. It provides bus facility. It is a good college for MBA students.
Faculty: Half of the teachers in our college are well qualified and well educated. Some teachers are not good. They give their best, and they and very friendly. Some teachers teach well, and some of them were not good at teaching. They can learn very quickly to maintain a good education. There are educated lab sirs, and they will explain record books. They provide good communication skills. They are experienced.

CIST Kakinada Mechanical batch review - Below average.
Placements: I can tell hardly 20% of students were placed on campus (that too off-campus). The highest package was Rs 3.6 LPA & the lowest was Rs 2.8 LPA. None of us got any internships from companies.
Infrastructure: Being a mechanical graduate, I can give a 2.5-star rating for mechanical labs. Although we have all the equipment but doesn't work properly. There is no free Wi-Fi for students. For each subject, we are having only 3-4 useful authors, let's imagine the probability of getting a textbook from the library is 0.045%.
Faculty: All teachers & faculty are just graduated (completed B.Tech) as us. Only, a few are having an M.Tech degree and they are also not having enough knowledge to teach us. The pass percentage is 65 (who cleared all subjects). Only a few will be strict to syllabus books & curriculum given by the university.

I am satisfied with the college and placements.
Placements: Around 50% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are HCL, Wipro, TCS etc. We have done internships out of the college. As it is a developing college, it is putting its efforts to give the best to its students in all the ways, and in terms of placements, education, and most importantly, skills.
Infrastructure: Hostels are secured and serve quality food for 100% sure. So, students need not to worry about food and security. Students are in a safe place, along with following the daily diet. Wi-Fi facility is available. Wardens are there to protect the children. If any medical assistance is required, they take instant care.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good and very helpful in all possible ways. Apart from the subject, faculty members also teach communication skills and technical skills in any programming languages. Our college follows a strict timetable to mind for the semester. Extracurricular activities are also held in the college.
Other: Our college is situated in the urban area with all the facilities in the nearby area itself. So, it is easy to get everything. If students have the intention to gain subject knowledge, they can definitely do it.
