It is the worst college with the worst transport and the worst classroom facilities.
Placements: The worst placements are offered to students. Per year, we are paying Rs. 5,000 and a total of Rs. 20,000, but they do not provide quality placement education. The worst placement offers are provided to students, and they call companies with a package of 5 LPA only. However, other colleges provide starting packages from 5 LPA onwards.
Infrastructure: Our college has the worst benches and desks for us. It does not allow us to use a mobile inside the college, and we should hand over to the mobile counter, which is compulsory. In labs, computer screens are polarised and look very scary. PC has only 2 GB of RAM. The college canteen is also worse, with high-cost food, and the quality is poor.
Faculty: Teachers provide important questions, and a lit bit of classes are going as seminars. Some teachers are not teaching a particular topic because they tell students to self-study the topic. Semester exams are very difficult because they do not cover the important questions. The pass percentage is 45%.

It is an awesome college in Karur zone.
Placements: 80% of students got placed. TCS, Cognizant Technology Solution and some start-up companies come here. VLSI, embedded programmer, etc., roles are offered.
Infrastructure: The college has great infrastructure, a fantastic library and labs. The canteen has a nice menu and offers great quality food. The campus has the best cricket ground in Karur zone. It has all the sports facilities. I had good memories of my college and hostel life. The college is the nearest to the ground and gym. 65,000 is the maximum fee, and the lowest fee is 45,000 if you get a scholarship from the government. There is a special scholarship scheme for BC caste students.
Faculty: All the faculty members are friendly. They are highly knowledgeable. There are good opportunities in all the electronics manufacturing companies.
Other: By pursuing ECE, we can go for both IT and core jobs. The college should provide more hands-on and practical experience. All the events conducted here are the best.

One of the best colleges in Karur with best faculty members and placement offers.
Placements: 87% of students got placed in both IT and non IT companies. Internship with job offers were provided to many students in the academic year 2019 - 20. Students got placed in major IT companies like Cognizant, TCS, Wipro etc. Unlike other colleges, they provide placement training, mentored by various top placement coaching centres like FACE.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are good. They provide good Wi-Fi connectivity. Hostel students are provided with utmost care. Regular meetings are conducted for students and warden to ensure students have good food and facilities. Good infrastructure. So, Chettinad provides good comfort zone for their students.
Faculty: All faculty members are friendly with their students. Each and every one of the staff members do care for their students. One of the best things about Chettinad Tech is having the best faculty members. With good knowledge resources, they support their students in many ways, in both co-curriculum and extra - curriculum activities.
Other: Electronics and Communication Engineering is one of the best departments in our college. Best staff are employed, and all are very friendly.

Not worth the value for money. Disappointed with the faculty
Placements: 1.60% of students got placed, 2.1 lakh to 5lakhs per annum salary offered, 3. Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Bosch are the top recruiters. 4. Site engineers, software engineer, developer are the roles offered. 50% of students went to internship in BSNL Trichy, from my course alone.
Infrastructure: 1. Our college infrastructure is somewhat good but they won't maintain it well, some cracks on the building, Wi-Fi was somewhat good but sometimes it won't come. In lab, they don't have required instruments. 2. quality of food is better.
Faculty: 1. in first two years we have well experienced teachers but after two years, because of a few changes, we got a less number of teacher. In each department, we have only 5 staff to teach us. Not a well-versed staff. 2. in one year we went to only one industry visit.
Other: The course provides good knowledge. They kept an event in the college

Needs much improvement in financial aspects.
Placements: Placements are very nice in my college about 10 years ago, but nowadays they are average and need improvement in the quality of education. But overall, they provide 3 LPA. After some time, students can go to other various companies and are able to shine.
Infrastructure: Here, they do have Wi-Fi in classrooms, but in the hostel, they provide Wi-Fi for laptops only. They do not allow sports on normal days but allow sports on sports days because they have made the college like that. Overall, I think our college is good.
Faculty: Faculty and exams are average. For exams, they give question-based tests. The curriculum education quality is okay, and the staff’s education quality is also okay but needs improvement to develop their knowledge. Overall, it is good, and the semester exams are okay.
Other: Scholarships and extracurricular activities are low or average. Events are fewer and poorly organized in terms of quality.
