CII Chennai admission is a multi-step process which includes the submission of an application form, shortlisting of candidates and allotment of seats. Candidates seeking admission to CII Chennai courses must meet the eligibility criteria and appear for the relevant entrance exam before applying to the course. Step 1: CII Chennai Application Process 2025
The CII Chennai application process is conducted online on the official website of the institute. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria have to submit the CII application form before the deadline. A duly filled-in application form will be allowed for submission only along with the following documents:
- JPG, GIF, PNG, JPEG, OR BMP
Step 2: CII School of Logistics Chennai shortlisting process
After submission of the application form, it is usually processed within 5 working days. Shortlisted candidates (based on performance in the entrance exam), are invited for further rounds of selection (written test and/or Group Discussion and/or Interview). The selection of candidates will be based on the following parameters:
- Entrance exam scores (CAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ NMAT or Amity Noida entrance exam)
- Percentage of graduation
- Extempore
Step 3: Final Admission Offer
CII Chennai will send intimation through text about the announcement of the results. The selected will receive an admission letter on the Admission microsite for downloading. The letter is inclusive of details regarding payment of fees at the time of admission, allotment of the Hostel and date, time and venue for commencement of the academic session. To accept the admission, candidates are required to pay the admission fee.

CII Chennai offers postgraduate-level Management courses, namely MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. The duration of the course is two years, and it is offered in full-time mode. Admission to CII School of Logistics, Chennai MBA is done based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance examination conducted by Amity University or based on CAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ XAT score.
- The final selection process includes the percentage achieved in graduation, extempore, and the English language test.
