COER University, Roorkee provides various UG, PG, diploma, and doctoral programmes. Some of the courses offered by the university include BTech, BVoc, BSc, BBA, BCom, BDes, BHM, MTech, MBA, MCom, MDes, MPH, MHA, MSc, MCA, PhD, diploma, etc. under various colleges such as Engineering, Smart Computing, Pharmacy, Smart Agriculture, Business Studies, Nursing, Paramedical Sciences, Health Sciences.

The primary eligibility requirement for admission to BCom courses at COER University is that candidates must complete their Class 12 or equivalent with an aggregate of 50%. Moreover, for the selection process of the BCom (Hons) course, the university accepts the relevant scores from a valid score in the UETR Entrance test, followed by GD and PI. To be eligible for admission to BTech, candidates must have Class 10 and Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with 45% from a recognised board. Additionaly, candidates are required to have scores of national level exam, such as JEE Main in the they not getting admission based on merit.
