Absolutely, I recommend this college to students who are able to study on their own.
Placements: The college gives 80% of students placement according to their respective branches, and a lot of companies are offering students internships; moreover, MNCs like L&T's, Spare, etc. are also offering jobs for students. In our college, the average package of students is INR 4 LPA, and according to the capacity of the students, the high packages are dependent on their skills.
Infrastructure: The college is good for the best infrastructure and education is good in the hostel for studying purposes. The climate is greenery and the method and environment for studying are good. In my experience, it is good for learning for studies as well as personality development.
Faculty: Here, highly qualified people who have done there multi-degrees and PhDs are teaching us; they teach not only classes but also how to be responsible students for the development of society in our role. The curriculum for studying is good and it gives students time to study, so there is no problem regarding academics.
Other: Actually, the course the student is choosing is less but our college is special for its workshop and other equipment for learning it practically so I chose this course to learn the engines in a practical way to help me be innovative.

Our campus is definitely worth and value for money.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students got placed in our college with the highest package of INR 6.4 LPA and the least package of INR 3.6 LPA. The recruiting companies that visit our campus are TATA, Green Tech, etc. Most of our seniors are doing internships with Green Tech.
Infrastructure: As it is an old university, we don't have modern facilities in our college. We will have free Wi-Fi in our college and library surroundings. We have an extraordinary library that is inspired by the design of Tajmahal. Laboratories are awesome on our campus.
Faculty: Most of our teachers are Ph.D. holders, and most of our teachers are professors and assistant professors; they are highly knowledgeable. Recently, our curriculum has been modified, which is very useful to the students and will make us industry-ready. Exams are somewhat difficult.

Q:   Is M Tech at Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering better than SPMVV
A:

Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering (SVUCE) is better than SPMVV requires a comprehensive assessment of various factors: SVUCE generally holds a stronger reputation in the field of engineering, consistently ranking among the top engineering institutions in Andhra Pradesh. SPMVV, while well-recognized, is not as highly ranked as SVUCE.Both SVUCE and SPMVV have qualified and experienced faculty members with expertise in their respective fields. However, SVUCE is known for its stronger research focus and collaboration with industry partners, providing students with exposure to cutting-edge research and practical applications.SVUCE provides ample opportunities for M.Tech students to engage in research projects, often with funding support from government agencies or industry partners. SPMVV also encourages research, but the funding opportunities may be more limited. In summary, while both SVUCE and SPMVV offer quality M.Tech programs, SVUCE generally holds a stronger position in terms of reputation, faculty expertise, research focus, infrastructure, specialisation options, placements, industry connections, research opportunities, and alumni network. This suggests that SVUCE may be the more preferred choice for students seeking a comprehensive and industry-oriented M.Tech education. However, it is essential to consider individual preferences, research interests, and career aspirations when making a final decision.

Q:   Can I get direct admission to B.Tech at SVUCE?
    A:

No, direct admission to B.Tech is not available at SVUCE. However, with the Tech lateral entry program, eligible applicants get admission directly into the program's second year. This is because the eligible candidates already have the basic foundational knowledge of the subject from their prior relevant qualifications and so they can directly start studying in the second year of the B.Tech. The eligibility is:

    1. The candidate should have passed a Diploma in Engineering or any equivalent course from a reputed University.
    2. The candidates who are waiting for the results of the Diploma.

Q:   Is B Tech at Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering better than SPMVV
    A:

Both SVUCE and SPMVV are renowned institutions offering B.Tech programs, but SVUCE generally holds a stronger reputation due to its superior placement record, extensive alumni network, and overall academic excellence.

SVUCE's stellar placement record consistently surpasses SPMVV's, with over 90% of its graduates securing placements in top companies annually. This impressive achievement reflects SVUCE's strong industry connections and its focus on preparing students for the corporate world.

SVUCE's alumni network is a valuable asset, providing mentorship, guidance, and potential job opportunities for current students. SPMVV's alumni network, while smaller, still contributes to its placement efforts.

SVUCE's infrastructure, faculty, and industry-aligned curriculum further enhance its appeal. SPMVV, while well-equipped, does not match SVUCE's resources and industry focus.

While SPMVV is a respectable institution, SVUCE's overall strengths make it the preferred choice for most aspiring engineers. Its comprehensive education and strong industry connections provide a promising foundation for successful engineering careers.

Q:   How can I get a seat at SVUCE Tirupati?
    A:

Candidates are offered seat in SVUCE Tirupati BTech based on Andhra Pradesh EAMCET score whereas, GATE or Andhra Pradesh PGECET scores are considered for M.Tech admission. SVUCE has a total intake of 360 for BTech and 180 for MTech. Aspirants are alloted seat based on their entrance exam rank. Candidates need to bring the specified documents for verification at the time of admission.
