Dissatisfied with placement. Our college is the worst.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The departmental teachers are so much helpful. If students follow the teacher's notes, they can easily score quite well. About 70-80% of the students pass in each subject but it depends on the difficulty level of the subject.

A journey of bachelors degree.

Faculty: Our department teachers are more than enough, helpful and qualified, and knowledgeable. The course is curriculum-relevant. The semester exam is difficult for those who don't study. I have some friends who pass easily with at least one month of preparation. So it's not that difficult.

Good college and absolutely satisfied.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and helpful. Our institute tries to make students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate in terms of difficulty. Pass percentage is above 85. The teachers are helpful enough to take the classes, and they give notes and even help in the exam preparation, thereby making the college more prominent in conducting the classes. The college makes the students industry-ready so that students get placement in Amazon, Wipro, with an average of 2.5 LPA, 1.3 crore, etc.

Faculty members and placement cell are too poor but college infrastructure is good.

Faculty: In civil engineering department, the faculty members are good. But their teaching style is very poor but they have knowledge. They don't have good teaching quality. Semester exams in my college are hard and it is conducted under CCTV camera with approximately 3 teachers. Approximately 65% students pass from semester exams.

Great infrastructure and placement.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified with Ph.D. degrees, and knowledgeable. Thereby, the quality of teaching is also efficient. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are actually not difficult if studied on a regular basis, then its easy to pass. The pass percentage is also around 98% in each semester.

It is a good college with good faculty members, infrastructure, and everything.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They are PhD holders. Their teaching quality is also effective. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams in college are not very tough, and if students study well, they can pass with a good percentage.

Absolutely mesmerized by the beauty of the college area, the faculty, and everything in college.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, they tend to help by giving notes and everything. This course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are a bit of trouble, but that's what every student thinks; otherwise, the papers set are easy to answer.

Review of Coochbehar Government Engineering College.

Faculty: Very difficult questions are asked in the semester. So we have to start our semester preparation from the beginning. If we are planning to get admission to this college then we must get a PW, Unacademy, or other coaching, unless we will fail in exams. Teachers are very good. But some of them do not give good CA marks.

The placement cell is active, and the infrastructure and facilities are top-notch.

Faculty: Teachers are so helpful in my college. They help us in making assignments and projects he will give us assignments and give us very good marks in IA and CA at difficult levels of the semester but with the support of teachers, we will make it easy.

Satisfied with this college.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, maximum have Ph.D. degrees. Every day, it makes the students feel free to complete their studies. In semester, the average pass percentage is 80%. Teachers help us develop the skills by giving us different projects where we can enhance our skills.

A beautiful and lovely tour of CGEC.

Faculty: Faculty members at the college are quite experienced and dedicated when it comes to tuition and overall academic support. They are not only knowledgeable in their respective subjects but also approachable and supportive. Whether a student has queries related to books, academic doubts, or scholarship opportunities. Teachers are always ready to help. Their willingness to assist students beyond classroom hours makes a significant difference in the learning experience.

Absolutely good college.

Faculty: Faculty members are not good, to be honest. There are few faculty members in every department. Being a government college, there is a shortage of faculty members. The course curriculum is according to MAKAUT. It is not as good as other premium institutes. However, we need some immediate improvement.

It has a hostel facility for 4th-year students and in 2025, it will be opened for 3rd-year students.

Faculty: Our college is under MAKAUT University. The number of faculty members is less but they are good at tuition. They helped us in any way. An odd semester is much harder than an even semester. Teachers are highly qualified and highly experienced. The extra curriculum is mandatory for MAR points that were a must to avoid year lag.

Kind MC people. Especially the greenhouse opposite the college. Named as Harinchawra Chatrabas.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, they are well-qualified for teaching and very knowledgeable. Through labs and classes, students can be industry-ready. As CGEC is under MAKAUT University, the question level is standard and neither too tough nor too easy. Exams are conducted under CCTV surveillance with 2-3 guards.

This is my honest review of my college, Coochbehar Government Engineering College.

Faculty: Faculty members are generally approachable and supportive, offering guidance for projects, internships, and career advice. The engineering curriculum is designed to provide a theoretical foundation and practical skills. Course subjects are completed with electives, which make the students industry-ready. While the exam schedule is well-structured, the pressure can be intense due to overlapping dates for projects, assignments, and tests.
