Release of Cutoff List
Once the application is processed, cutoff list of the courses is released by the institute. The cutoff list means the lowest possible score in the respective entrance exam a candidate has to reach to become eligible to get admission.

Applicants must undergo CAP counselling (DTE Maharashtra) to be assigned a seat.

Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi follows the official fee cancellation and refund guidelines set by the State CET Cell Maharashtra and UGC guidelines, which generally deducts a small processing fee for cancellations made before the cutoff date, and offer no tuition fee refund after the final cutoff date passes. Note: Candidate shall not be entitled to any refund of his/her fee except the Security Deposit and Caution Money Deposit if the online cancellation is effected by the candidate after 5.00 p.m. of the cut-off date prescribed by the Competent Authority. Seat reservation at D.Y. Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi follows the Maharashtra State Government rules, allocating some percentage of seats through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) based on MHT-CET or JEE Main scores, and some seats for the Institute/Management Quota.
