Absolutely satisfied with the teaching sessions.
Placements: The placements are really good in my opinion. In my course (B.A.), there was a placement campaign in which a famous company came to offer internships to the students who were willing to get a job. And it was an impressive event. Almost 70% out of 900-something students participated in that campaign. Many got internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good, to be honest. It was recently renovated, and believe me, it's so beautiful here. There are so many green plants, a clean environment, and purified water around the college. It has a different space for girls, which is the girls restroom.
Faculty: If I have to share my own experience. The teachers are the best of this college. They're really helpful and well knowledgeable. I've learned so many good things just from the teachers; they're awesome. Studies are related to the syllabus, but you'll learn a lot more than that.
Other: The course I'm studying right now is well preferred for me because I love history and political science, and that's what this course offers. According to me, I think they should add some math into it somehow.

DAV College, Abohar: perfect place to strengthen your child mentally and physically.
Placements: I think many students had opportunities to get placed. The highest package for a fresher was 280000, the minimum was 160000 and average package is 180000 rupees annually. There are top recruiting companies that visit every year like Accenture, HDFC, Wipro, TCS, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college I can say is good. Many students from nearby cities got admission to my college, and the library is well maintained there. We can find many books and many course-related books that help students gain more knowledge about their courses and prepare for them annually.
Faculty: The faculty is excellent. I will say that the faculty is very supportive and good; they understand the condition of students, even including principles. Teachers are very helpful; they understand students very well and are well qualified, even though some teachers are Ph.D. holders in my department. The pass percentage here is 35 percent but students easily get 60 percent because teachers prepare students with monthly tests. So the semester exam became easy for students.
Other: I have joined this college for various reasons. They provide a good education but with that, they provide mental and physical activities. Students get to participate in youth cultural activities every year and they get opportunities to represent at the national level.

Sour and sweet experience.
Placements: Usually students are not placed in my course but the principal promised for the placement of 50-60 students of B.A. this year. Principal unannounced the that salary will of 27000+. It is not clear about companies.
30-45 percent students are expected to get recruited this year. Clerical job I guess.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for B.A. students is worse until first year after that condition improves as the building changes for second year students. Hostel also is not that good but for girls it is good. Girl students have good facility of college hostel ;).
Faculty: Faculty I would say is good enough for students of any stream. Almost all professors have passed UGC NET and more than half have a doctorate digree. Otherwise faculty also helps you if you have any type of problem. Or you can talk to principal sir too.
Other: Crowd is also good.

It is a good college if you want to do any type of traditional course .
Placements: Moderate students were placed. The highest was 1-2 LPA. Companies like infosys, etc. recruited about fifty to seventy percent students. Feel free to come and talk to faculty to clear your doubts before taking admission.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is normal . Specially in B.A. course in 1st year you get below average benches which are not so comfortable. But from 4th semester, infrastructure improves.
Faculty: Faculty is very supportive and if you have any complaint then you can talk to professors or your senior to resolve any doubt or dispute. If you have any problem with any teacher then principal sir would really listen to your complaint and take appropriate action.

Good if you only want to study.
Placements: B.A. students don't get placements usually and the same case is there at DAV Abohar College I would say. But it has a good placement record for BCA students. You can apply for that if you want. You get a scholarship if you score a rank in Panjab University.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for other courses is quite good. But for the B.A. Programme it is ridiculous. You get to sit on hard benches which are not comfortable at all. You can sit 1 to 2 lectures but not more than that. I strongly say that infrastructure is not to the point.
Faculty: From a teaching point of view, the faculty is very experienced and good at their job. They solve your doubts and complete the syllabus on time. If we come to exams, they are okay not that much difficult and not so easy also. You just have to study for the exams.

It is an above-average college.
Placements: Our college provides good placements for the BCA course. Many companies visit our college to recruit BCA students. Many renowned companies select students.
Infrastructure: The library is good. Labs are good. The infrastructure of our college is good. The infrastructure of our department is not good. The girls' hostel is better than the boys' hostel. The infrastructure of classrooms is below average. They are not comfortable. Other departments have good infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. They clear all our doubts. Exams are held well in our college. We have 5 lectures every day. All faculty members come to the college daily.
Other: Our college helps us a lot because of our teachers' emphasis on discipline and rules.
