The college has not released the placement percentage for 2025. The number of students placed has been disclosed. A total of 1,181 students were recruited during the placements 2025. Earlier, 1,107 students were placed in 2024 and 1,104 students were placed during the placements 2023.

It is difficult to get Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering for MBA admission at 500 percentile. Thecutoff list as per round 2 reveals that for the General AI category candidates, the cutoff was closed at 434. For OBC AI category candidates also, the cutoff was closed at 434. 

Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering offers entrance exam-based admission to all the courses. The mode of application at the college is online.
