Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering has maintained its position under the top 200 Engineering colleges of the country as per the latest NIRF 2022 Rankings, under the 'Engineering' category. Not only that, DSCE has also maintained to be part of the 'Top 200 Engineering Colleges' by the NIRF in the year 2021 and 2020 as well. As per The Times 2022 Rankings, the college ranked 96 under the 'Engineering' category as well, which makes it one of the most preferable options for Engineering in Bangalore and Karnataka.

Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering offers an MBA programme to students at the PG level. It is offered for 2 years in several specialisations. To be eligible for MBA at DSCE, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the college. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate. 

Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering admission is based on merit and entrance exams. The college accepts national entrance exams such as PGCET,  MAT, and others. To get admission to the BTech course, candidates must appear for JEE Main/ COMEDK/ Common Entrance Test (CET)/ AIEEE. They must also be Class 12 passed or equivalent with 45% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, etc.
